Broke after about 45 minutes of use.

Worked fine initially while scooping mashed potatoes for a large group. About 45 minutes in to service, the handle broke off.

Great tool for the money

We used this to scoop mashed potatoes for a fundraiser dinner for my nephew. We scooped over 200 dinners and it held up well. The only thing I found was it was a little too big for what we were using it for. Next time I will buy a smaller size.

Not for use with frozen ice cream

Probably perfect for your run of the mill refrigerator/freezer. Not meant for ice cream coming from a deep freezer.

Poor quality.

The scooper fell apart after second use. The trigger completely detached from the handle. Used it to make perfect shape crabcakes not for scooping ice cream. Very dissapointed.
