I've had a scoop like this for many years that was starting to peel. I got this one and not only is it a gorgeous purple it works great.

Like a knife in butter

This ice cream scoop slices through frozen ice cream very well, is easy to clean and overall a handy tool. The only negative is that the handle is on the short side. I have small hands and would find it awkward to use if they were any larger as the handle hits in a weird place if not mindful of the grip. This would only be an issue if one were to eat LOTS of ice cream very often.

SOLID

A SOLID ice cream scoop, scoops even the most frozen ice creams. I was using tablespoons before I bought this and was used to scooping really hard to get the ice cream out. The scoop works so well that the first time I used it, I applied too much force and the scoop of ice cream flew across the room!

BEST ICE CREAM SCOOP EVER!!

This is the best ice cream scoop I have ever used. Even a tub of Haagan Darz, straight from the freezer is no match for it. Definitely recommended.

Worth the price, shockingly effective

This ice cream scoop is amazing. If I wasn't marveling at how easy it is to use myself, I'd start making my family scoop their own ice cream.
