Got this for our motor home.

Great Option to OEM filter
Prefect replacement for WaterPur filter CCL-10-C. I will see how the filter holds up, but it appears to be identical to the OEM filter that I replaced. Our rig is permanently parked and the water supply does have dissolved iron with some odor and taste. We replaced the OEM filter a year ago with another OEM. While the filter looked clean (no excessive staining), the bad taste and odor returned during our last few visits. I took a gamble on buying this filter rather going back to the OEM, but it fit great and the water taste and smell is again gone after the initial filter flush.. We will see how long it lasts, but now I know where to get filters fast and at about half the cost.

Any Lab Techs Out There?
I gave this filter a 3-star because I have no way of knowing if it filters stuff out of water or not. I mean, I don't have access to a lab to run water samples. I use these filters in our motor home, and the incoming water supply in most parks is from a city water supply which (I'm told) must meet regular test standards for purity, so how much more filtering do you need and how do I really know how much this filter does? I use these filters, have no idea how effective they are, but the company who makes them tells me they're good. ????????????????

I used one of these last year in the travel trailer and it seemed to work well. My wife is skittish about her drinking water so we bring that in separate jugs but for cleaning, brushing teeth, and other RV water uses, we have had no reason to complain out our water using these filters.

plugged up withing 1 month. may have been our own fault though. It also fits #8 but says #6 on the package. I would order again but found the local product at the RV shop for $1 more. so never mind....

Choline taste GONE
Works good .im near the water treatment plant so i have a bad chlorine taste. Installed this .gone right away. Neen in for about a month .so far good. I know it varies on how much water u use an hardness an blah. Their are 3 ppl living here an i have gym cloths to wash every day .lol its good an works

Works in 2004 Cardinal camper don't know if it's factory or add on but it works great just recommended ordering at least 2 so you have one on standby for when the old one goes bad
