No rubber feet provided.

Packaged perfectly for shipping. Went together easily and securely. Would have been nice if the manufacturer either provided or installed rubber feet on to the hardware to prevent damaging the surface and hold the screen in place.

Does not have the best directions… but simple to put together. Tip ( Put it together upside down… it’s will stand on its own.) also put rubber seats in set screws beforehand.

Looks Great But Tricky to Assemble

This is an addendum to my original review below: The first time I tried to assemble the glass ring, I had a terrible time achieving symmetry, so I took it apart and tried again. It was a little better but still didn't hold together firmly. The third time, as noted below, I allowed a certain amount of wiggle room before tightening all the screws. Assembly wasn't perfect, but adequate. The other day we had heavy rains, so I covered my fire pit without removing the glass ring. When I removed the cover, which fits quite tightly, the ring came apart, so I had to go through the process of reassembling it. Instead of trying to fudge and just adjusting it, I took the whole thing apart and started all over again. I can't say this for sure, but I think I must have turned at least one of the pieces over except for the one with the brand label on it. For some reason, it went together beautifully. I can assume only that the glass pieces are not perfectly symmetrical, so they fit together differently depending on which side is up or down. Therefore, I suggest that if you have trouble assembling the pieces, turn one or more of them over and see if you have more success that way. I hope this makes sense. Original Review: This fits my fire pit perfectly and adds not only protection but enhances the brilliance of the flames as it provides reflection. I was a little concerned about stability, but the ring is heavy enough so that it remains firmly in place. Now about the assembly. The instructions are less than adequate, so you'll have have to employ some critical thinking. It seems as if the brackets don't match the contour of the glass pieces, but that's only if you try to force them together too tightly. As others have noted, it's easier to reverse the assembly instructions, that is, do the bottom part right side up. The instructions don't include information on what to do with those little rubber pieces, but I figured out that they need to be attached to the end of the screws to provide protection from metal-on-glass friction and also to provide a little wiggle room to make the pieces form a symmetrical circle. Insert the brackets between the glass pieces and then sort of eyeball the connection to make sure they are symmetrical. Then you can tighten the bottom pieces and carefully flip it over to do the same with the top brackets. I initially tried to attach one bracket and then the rest, but that resulted in asymmetry. I just wish these companies would spend a few more resources on technical writers!

Nice quality and helps make flame better

The media could not be loaded. Very easy to put together, I did watch a video on how to do this online, building it upside down to keep the top level. Nice thick glass, good quality. I was hoping it was more clear, as you can see there is a slight greenish tint in daylight, but at night you can’t see that. It helps keep the flames inside as they now flow upwards rather than laying over flat. Great for being able to protect the dogs tail from catching on fire when walking around while we enjoy the fire pit, as well as just general safety. Very happy with it!

Really difficult to put together

The media could not be loaded. It's beautiful once it's put together and a definite upgrade. I live in a coastal town that is windy and this really is helpful. However, it's terrible to assemble. I wish there was a better design. You need a large surface area to put it together. Luckily I had a stand up freezer as I only have narrow tables in my house. If there are other options I would consider them as this was very difficult for one person to put together.

Not as described

17 x 17 x 6 inch. Description and image shows 3 pieces of glass, ours came with 4 pieces of glass. This made assembly much more difficult. It's not perfectly round and does not sit flat. Sad they can't send what they say you'll get. Function is satisfactory, hope it holds together as other reviewers have had problems. mhc

longevity of item

Item was easy assemble. Buyer had to figure out top from bottom but not difficult. Question iOS how will clarity of glass hold up under repeated use.

It does not stay together

It looks good, but if you need to move it at all (for example to close and cover your fire table) the fittings which hold it together do not hold. This lasted about a week. I completely disassembled it and reassembled it at which point the silicon bumpers, which hold it together (or try to) started to fall apart. Now the item will not even close to form a circle. Not great.

Works well for windy days

One of the nuts for attaching clips did not have a hole for screw. Saw this happened in another review Had to improvise. Easy to assemble need two people. Works well in our windy climate

No matter how I put this thing together it ends up being oval not round all four pieces of glass are different sizes
