Great Pie Pans-But Word Of Caution

I have a Complete set of USA Pans Wonderful Bake ware, but I didn't have their Pie Pans, so I ordered these to replace my Old Pyrex, The Non Stick Coating USA pan uses in these and their other pans is great, the Big Plus in these Pie Pans is, It lets you Slide the Dough around inside the Pan so you can get the Dough even around the Edges, Now for a word of advice. If you are use to making Pies in Pyrex Pie Pans, you will need to adjust your Baking Times with these Dark Thick Metal Pans, I found out the Hard Way when I made Pumpkin Pies, I followed the Recipe like I have been doing for over 30 Years, and I ended up with Dark Crust, the Pies were Edible, But the Crust was a Little Darker then I like, So If you use these, Check your Pies at the Lower End of the recommend Bake time, and keep adding 5min at a time until you get them perfect.

thought this pie tins were going to be basic light duty pie pans. they are serious professional pie pans. never seen pie pans this sturdy. AMAZING quality !

Just the right size

Exactly the right size of quality pie pans I was seeking. These are well made and a nice weight, not flimsy. I have not used them yet, but looking forward to baking with them for an upcoming event. They were carefully packaged and arrived without any damage or flaws.
