Great brand, but this appears to be factory second
I bought this for rehabilitative purposes. The tub is a good depth, allowing the entire hand to be dipped. I like that it is made in the USA. However, it came with a dent on the top rim that prevents a good seal with the lid. Recommend the brand, but buy from different source.

Heats evenly & maintains wax at safe melted temperature
I'm an occupational therapist working in home healthcare and bought this unit to use with the clients I work with who have arthritis. So far I have loaned it to two clients for a period of a couple weeks each (after thoroughly sanitizing and re-filling with new wax, of course :)), and both reported a significant decrease in their arthritic symptoms, especially as the fall weather is turning chillier.

Great Purchase
This is such a nice machine. We purchased a different brand that cost a lot less than this one. We never got to use it. It wouldn't hold temp so we had to return it. We ordered this one in place of the cheaper one and wow, what a nice machine. It works so well and the treatments are so nice and effective.
