great cold and hot drink mug. My daily driver now. Use the 16 oz tarvis lid and not the larger one.

Works great and holds a lot of drink - both hot and cold and is my go to for large coffee in the morning. Use the 16 oz Tarvis lid since seals well. Well built and sturdy.

It says I should mention value for money, durability or easy to hold. I could say all those and more, and yet the true secret is that a Tervis caps it all off. Do It. And put it in the freezer...

Awesome Mug for Hot and Cold Drinks

This mug is a great buy, guys. The stein-style of this mug allows it to hold a LOT of whatever you're drinking. I'm a bigger fan of the cold drinks, so seeing how long ice held in the mug was key. As a test, I left it on the counter overnight with my leftover ice and around 7 hours later, there was STILL ice in the mug. That impressed! If I have any suggestion, or "complaint", it'd be that I'd like to have one of these mugs available in red! GO GET ONE. You'll own it for YEARS.

Stable and Sturdy

I have a LOT of insulated steel tumblers, but I was looking for something that would hold a lot of liquid and be less likely to tip or knock over. The problem with the high-capacity ones is that they tend to be tall and skinny, and those are too easy for the cat to knock over when he jumps on my desk. This stein fits the bill admirably. It holds 24 oz, meaning you can pour a half-liter bottle of pop into it and add plenty of ice. Its wide base makes it unlikely to be knocked over - an important detail for parking it on a desk. It keeps contents hot or cold for hours (although not for as long as if it had a lid). The lack of a lid is this stein's only drawback. It’s my go-to mug

I have used my Stanley Beer Stein everyday since I bought it 9 months ago. I utilize it to drink my coffee or hot tea in the morning, and I utilize it for my iced tea in the afternoon. Sometimes, I even use it for it’s intended use when I switch to a beer at night. I utilize a lid from a travel mug that fits my Stanley mug perfectly, which makes it 5+ stars!

Hard to tip and keeps liquid COLD !

Needed to have a something that was hard to knock over. This is it and it does keep soda (and other certain liquids) COLD and stay cold a longtime. I will buy another, the same color !!! Update, it’s starting to pit in the bottom!! Will throw away. Will never buy this brand again.

Incredible insulation. Hearty build quality.

Keeps water fridge-cold for more greater than a full-day. Very attractive to use, and still no issues at all with handwashing. I suggest buying one at a time, because I had to return more than one third of my original eight (8) mug purchase, and one-third of the replacements. Consistently, the mugs were NOT wrapped separately, and minor scratches and chips occur when the mugs are packed together in transit.

Keeps my coffee hot

This cup keeps my coffee hot for a long time. I like the smooth shape of the drinking rim. I also like the large and solid handle. I can hold it comfortably by the handle or pass my whole hand through it... both ways are comfy. However, it does not come with a lid but the lid from an old cup fits nicely on it whenever I need it.

The mug arrived slightly dented at the bottom. Other than that it seems solid and keeps drinks cold.

Good but label's adhesive is super strong/sticky; hard to get off

The Beer Stein itself is great! Does keep things hot and cold for pretty much as long as it states it will. But I have to mention, the label that wraps around the stein's glue/adhesive is so strong (and part of it is on the stein itself) it's really hard to get rid of. I've spent over half an hour trying to get the stickiness off and I can still feel the remnants of it.

A handle you can get your hand through

A handle you can get your hand through or four fingers with your thumb over the top, like me you might be able to drink from the mug without actually gripping it. Holding more than a pint when you fill the mug up with beer which gets a bit of a head, rather than wait for the head to go down to get the last bit out of the bottle or can you just pour the whole lot in one go. Keeps the coffee warm and the beer cold :-) Only minus point is that I find it a little difficult to clean it in the bottom due to its depth.
