Nice looking chair, sled feet will accommodate felt for sliding on hardwood

I needed a sled chair that had flat sled feet to stick felt pads onto, so it would not scratch the hardwood floor. This chair has 4 such flat sled feet, so it is working nicely in this way. It is a great looking chair, professional looking. The back support is good. The seat is a bit firm, but comfortable. The assembly isn't difficult, but the screws are not labeled well between the screw package and the printed instructions. It takes some initial thought to figure it out. The thicker 4 screws are for the seat back, and the thinner 4 screws are for the seat. The set of 6 screws are for the arms. Overall, it is a great chair that should last decades in home use.

Good Chair, Good Price, A Little Tall

This may sound crazy, but I prefer this to my wife's Herman Miller Aeron chair. I sit in this chair at least 4 hours every day, generally longer on workdays. Like other product review have said, this chair is tall. I am 5'10" with a 33" inseam and I can comfortably sit in this chair with my feet flat on the floor. Shorter people may want a footrest. I improved the height by removing the plastic feet to lower it another 3/8" or so. The seat is firm. The arm rests are fixed, but that is okay since my hands are always on the keyboard anyway. Some of the parts are heavy so assembly might be a challenge for some. When this one wears out, I'll buy the same again... if it is available.

Solid comfortable chair

The rating system does not allow 1/2 star increments or I would rate this chair at 4 1/2 stars. I have owned this chair now for 8 months. I don't like 5 wheel chairs so I purchased this chair for my home office once the pandemic forced me to work from home. I needed a chair that works well on carpet. The chair is comfortable, sturdy, and well made. I can sit for long periods of time with no issues. It is slightly heavy for me to move back and forth but I don't mind. The main thing missing is adjustable arms because my desk is taller than the chair so I there is no support for my forearms and elbows while typing on my computer keyboard.

Supportive, Sturdy, Sleek

Recently purchased and so far very satisfied. I am a graduate student and study anywhere from a 2-8 hrs at a time. If you are looking for a soft and luxurious experience then this chair is not for you. The seat is not hard but firm and supportive. The material is soft and seems to be at a quality that will last through the next 2-3 years of my doctoral education. The back is nothing flashy, but gets the job done with good lumbar support. The material is a ventilated mesh design. Arm rest are strong. I am 5 foot 9 and although my feet can rest on the floor I do feel a very mild pressure on my hamstring near the level approaching the back of the knee. Subsequently, I recommend getting a foot rest to elevate the back of the knee off the edge of the seat so that circulation is not impeded. This is important to minimize the risk of blood clots from the leg. So far so good, I will come back in a few months to update.

Finally!! No extra back pain from sitting

Get it now!! Opened it, set up, gamed all day and when we realized there was no complaining about back pain for once…. Immediately ordered another one! Read reviews that said seat material can wear off quickly. Thankful for those reviews and now may try to find or make covers for better longevity. Very good chair!!

Good, quality, but tall

Comfortable and reasonably easy to assemble. I ordered this because I wanted an ergonomic desk chair without wheels. It is that and seems to be very high quality. As a bonus, it's made in Taiwan, not China. But as others have mentioned, it is tall. I'm 5'9 and my feet do not rest on the floor, so I needed a foot rest. Also, the arms are high enough that it doesn't fit under a desk keyboard drawer, so I removed them. I guess these are why it's marketed as a visitor's chair, not a desk chair.

Solid Chair

I ordered this to use as a desk chair as I didn't want to use a wheeled chair on my hardwood floors. Assembly was straightforward and I find it to be pretty comfortable. My only complaint is that the arm rests are too low. They don't line up with my desk and even if I was using it as a visitor's chair they would still be too low.

Comfy and supportive

Bought this to save my teacher husbands back during the neverending time of online school and working from home. Not super squishy to sit on (a positive) and actually have decent back support. Now he can do online school forever!
