Makes smokin' easier
Can pre-load these and then slide them onto the various shelves. Makes it easier to move food around. Dishwasher safe so easy clean-up.

Venison jerky
Great product for making venison jerky in my smoker, non stick and easy to clean

Essential for jerky
I have been on a quest to make a good chicken jerky. These mats are very helpful to sit on the metal racks when making some thing like jerky. I can have the racks in the smoker, lay my meat strips on these mats, and then take them out and load them quickly in the smoker. They are decently easy to clean however it does take some work especially after being in the smoker for 10 to 12 hours.

Must have for the Big Chief smoker
Bought these for the big Chief smoker and its a must have for smoking fish so there is no sticking to the racks. Dish washer easy cleanup and they’re a perfect fit same quantity as the racks in the big Chief.

What a waste! See update!
Update: The folks at smokehouse contacted me after I sent a note with being frustrated. They agree this is unusual and to make amends have sent a new product that is better than these with a high temp rating. Should be here in a day or two and I will let folks know my thoughts then. As for the folks at Smokehouse products. Well done and thanks taking time to contact me with a solution. First response: I bough these specifically for my Big Chief smoker as they said they were from the same company. You cannot control the temp so assumed these would be fine. Guess what! I was wrong and no have both wasted food and plastic melted to the racks. I’m so disappointed and frustrated. Don’t waste your money... time and food!

Great Product
Followed the directions and nothing stuck. I used the Jerky Gun and made pepperoni which turned out great. I watched the video and the only thing I did different was to put the screen on the rack before adding the pepperoni making it much easier to put in the smoker without any spillage aas it stayed rigid.

J'ai commandé ce produit pour l'utiliser dans mon fumoir Charbroil. Excellent produit. Je l'ai utilisé qu'une seule fois à date et très impressionné. Il se découpe facilement pour la grandeur des grilles et se lave très bien. Je le recommande

Easy to clean
Used in my Masterbuilt electric smoker! Had to trim them to fit but they worked great! The meat never stuck to them and cleaning was a breeze! Have only used them once this far but I dont think they will deteriorate or wear out anytime soon!

They Work
Based on older reviews I was concerned about their ability to handle smoker temps. No issue so far. They work well and are ver easy to clean.
