Beware: Shamrock Gloves are great, but Amazon listing is incorrect

Beware: The Shamrock gloves themselves are an excellent product. However, this item for over $72 should be 10 boxes of 100 gloves each (one case of 10 boxes).However, I, like another customer, received only one box of 100 gloves. The customer service representative I spoke to agreed that I should have gotten more boxes — but the replacement was again only one box. The second customer service representative also agreed that I did not get what I had paid for, but could only offer a refund if I returned what I had already gotten. He said he would report the issue, and that the incorrect listing would be pulled, but I see it is still up on the website as of August 17, 2020.

NOT A 10-PACK!!!!

THIS IS NOT A 10 PACK! THEY SEND YOU A SINGLE BOX OF 100 GLOVES FOR $70+ DOLLARS. Before purchasing this, I asked on the product page if this was a 10 pack. Multiple people responded saying yes, that it is 10 boxes, and each box has 100 gloves in it. I saw that in the product listing, Amazon has it marked as 0.07/glove, and the math for that only works if its 10 boxes of 100 gloves each (price was a bit higher when I first bought this). Plus the product details says it weighs 15 lbs. All this supports the idea that this is supposed to be 10 boxes for a bulk price. So I order it. But what arrives is a single box of gloves.... the same gloves that Shamrock (same seller and brand) sells for $16-18 on a separate Amazon listing. I spoke to Amazon customer service, and they said they were not able to contact Shamrock to have the other 9 sent to me, but they could offer a refund, and that I could try again to purchase it when it became available again using the refund money. I also at this time contacted Shamrock from their website email and never received a response. So a few days later, I went ahead and used the refund to try buying it again. Well I got sent a single pack AGAIN!! Obviously there is something WRONG here!! Either this is deceptively implying that it's a 10 pack when really they only intend to sent you a single pack for a VERY high price, OR they do intend to sent you a 10 pack, but the product is listed so vaguely that the people filling the order don't know that it's supposed to be a 10 pack. The second time I talked to Amazon customer service, the representative was extra helpful and said he would contact the website team to have them clarify what the listing is supposed to be and correct it. He also said they would send me an email to notify once it's fixed so I can buy the product properly if it is indeed a 10 pack. I'll change this review if I get good news from either Shamrock or Amazon Customer Service. Edit on 8/18/20: It's been 12 days and I've yet to receive an update from Amazon regarding the correction of this listing - is it supposed to be 1 pack for an exorbitant price, or 10 for a bulk price? IF they'd correct this thing and it was supposed to be 10 for this price, I'd still buy it. Too bad. I also never received a response from Shamrock. Very disappointed.
