This dispenser has the center tape insert piece attached and just tips up so you will not accidentally throw away the roller!

Not that sturdy

The only thing I don't like about this, is that it lifts when pulling to get tape off. It's not secure in place. I tried pushing down on it to see if I hear a click but there's nothing, still moves around.

Same old good quality

Scotch is the brand to go with tape dispensers. One of these dispenser can last for life! I had like 4 of them since 15 years ago. I just moved last year, and didn't want to bring them with me. I figured I might just buy new ones, as I was moving over 1600 miles away. I liked the fact that these are weighted, so it won't moves with using just one hand. No need go hold on the dispenser while needing the tapes. Also, the 1 inch core was built into the dispenser instead of being along. After I had my 1st baby, and with my 2 nephews visiting occasionally, they always messing around with my tape, and always ending up with losing my dispenser core. My older dispensers were all Scotch brand, but not the style that the core was built-in together. Now, I learned my lesson. With this dispenser, no kids can mess with my dispenser core and losing it anymore.

DESAPPOINTED

DESAPPOINTED!!!!! Bought it for my work place and oh surprise, it didn’t work with the tape roll that my company buy for the office. So, waste of my money cause the office didn’t refund my money and the worst part I couldn’t get the money back cause can not be returned.
