This actually worked to fix my 10 year old backpack sprayer.

Now it is not EASY to do the replacement job of the bottle of the tank seal - because you have to do it ONE HANDED reaching way down into the unit. But it is possible ... and the finished job works nicely and saved me money and saved the environment of another bunch of discarded plastic.

Overhauled my Old Field King Backpack Sprayer

I saw this and took a chance on using it to stop a leak on my 2004 Field King Backpack Sprayer. For the most part, I only needed this kit for the heavy duty looking black o-ring and the the black seal that has a tip on it. These two items on my sprayer cracked and disintegrated inside the tank. I also used the plunger o-ring, the large brown one. While the sprayer was all apart I went to the local hardware store and replaced all the o-rings. This saved me from putting out $100 for another sprayer that I only use sporadically throughout the year.

Its got all the right parts now

Turned out to be the wrong kit but my old Roundup sprayer apparently no longer has parts made for it. I bought a new unit and this kit contains all of the spare parts for the updated sprayers with the internal pump mechanism. So it turned out to be a good purchase after all!

New life for an old sprayer

I have a 5 year old Round Up 4 gallon pump sprayer that didn’t pump well anymore. This kit put the pump back in my sprayer. Now, I can kill weeds again.
