Functionality

The shoe insoles are amazing, very comfortable. The sock, if you have sensitive skin may get irritated or it may feel tight and uncomfortable wearing it constantly. The ball is great for tension in the feel, works well.

Good purchase

I recently started having terrible heel pain. I went to my podiatrist and she told me to do exercises and such. I researched on Amazon for plantar fasciitis assistant products. I came across this set. The shoe inserts help me so much! The ball I wasn’t able to use due to my personal foot pain. I also have a spinal disease called Chronic Adhesive Arachnoiditis which causes pain along my legs and feet. I feel like this has definitely helped me. I’m on my feet at work all day. The slide on foot pieces are good around the house if you’re not wearing shoes. The only negative thing is the elastic is tight on my feet. Other than that I definitely recommend this set.

These work amazing definitely buy this

The support is amazing I've felt with this issue for going on two months and I'm on my feet 8-9 he's 6 days a week. I ordered some ner shoes and got these and omg I can literally walk normal no more limping now the compression sock is okay but still sucks to get up in the morning takes about a good 5 min before I can walk moral of the story these are amazing and you will be amazed

The compression sock is great, the ball great exercise but the insoles not really that comfortable. It's ok for price paid and it does what I need it to do.

ball things for the arches are big. I have very high arches and it's impossible to wear shoes .

The heel suport works good. Just buy them. Don't buy this package.

Fit is tight

The insole orthotics are good. The support stock is to small for wide feet, cannot fit on my foot. The same with the cushion pad, very small, not much stretch. I will modify with some velcro. I would not advise you to buy this product.

It’s just ok!

This set is just ok. The ball and heal inserts work fine. The 2 pack of arch supports are helpful when worn alone but with shoes they start to hurt. The support sock I expected more from. After 3 wears and 2 hand washings with air drying, the supportive seems are coming loose. The sock feels like a slightly tighter regular sock… I wouldn’t call it supportive. The set is simply just ok!
