Great toy

Great customer service

My 4yo daughter loves this set. 4 stars only because it was missing quite a few pieces which was very surprising to me given how well packaged it comes and the general quality you expect from a brand like Playmobil. Most of the missing things were tiny little decorative items, like flowers or such, but some, like the wheels for the bike, were more important. In truth, every tiny detail was important to my 4yo-- she noticed everything. However, customer service answered very quickly and made it so easy. They sent us all the missing pieces and the set is perfect now.

Lot of fun things for kids to play with

This adventure playground was fun to put together with a small child--has a lot of fun things to put characters on and play with. Kept the child's attention for a long period of time. Easy to assemble and disassemble.

Slightly disappointed

Received box crushed with 3 holes in box. Not very attractive to give as a birthday gift.

Missing parts. No box!

Got the package in a ziplock bag!!! Missing some parts, some parts were already put together. Very disappointed.

If I knew the pieces were as small as they were I would not of gotten them I’ll stick with Lego brand for now on

Wrong and defected items in the box

Random pieces came in the box. No manual and missing pieces. random characters came and they were broken and defected. My daughter is so disappointed.

Missing part and sad child

I ordered this set well in advance of Christmas, but opened it on the day to find that a piece was not properly made. Not usual playmobil standard at all. I would consider buying this set elsewhere, perhaps directly from playmobil. Apart from the broken playground swing, my child has enjoyed playing with the set.

Granddaughter loves it.

As described. All this stuff seems expensive to me for the small amount of plastic it’s made from, but it’s what granddaughter wanted and she loves it.
