Was a great help to my older cat.

I had a cat who was in his final years. He was 19.5 years old when he died. This helped him climb up into bed with me every night. Once I taught him how to use it, he had an easy time to climb into bed. Now it's set aside as he's passed away, but my other cats play on it or under it so it still gets some use.

Dogs wouldn't use it

Seems like a pretty cool product, maybe the stairs are too close together but my dogs wouldn't use it. When I tried to return it to the UPS store in Ypsilanti Michigan, they tried to charge me $23.

Seemed to be Okay

I got these for my 12-year-old dog so she wouldn't have to jump from the floor to the bed and back down. They arrived and seemed sturdy enough but they were kind of steep and the step treads seems narrow. She hated them and actually would just leap over the whole thing instead of using them, so I returned them. They were very lightweight so anyone who gets these would be able to move them around the house very easily.

Just the right height for our bed

Very sturdy easy for the dogs to get up and down on since our bed sits up kind of high especially for our senior dog it's easier for her I like the fact that you can move it and very light weight very happy with the purchase

One step at a time

Was training a new puppy, these are helpful. They are just tall enough to allow him to get on the sofa. I will say that the steps are a tiny bit narrow, So you may want to go with a bigger size if your dog is large

Steps are too Narrow and Steep

I purchased this for my little yorkie to be able to get on top of the bed ... we purchased a new mattress that was higher than the prior. He refused to use them and I think it is because the steps are too narrow and steep. We returned this and found a homeade alternative.

Too steep

I works fine, but it's really steep. If you have a really small/young dog it should be fine. However, my dogs are old and they really couldn't make it down from it without hurting themselves, and they could kind of go up it.

Material on stairs could be better

Both my cats claws get stuck in the felt material. Other than that the stairs work for what they were designed.

Waste of money

I returned the product. The steps are way to steep and the gripping on the bottom does not work at all. My 16lb dog was attempting to go down them, they slide on the floor and she feel. Defeating the whole purpose of steps.
