Just assembled one, one to go; missing parts on the first one.
Bad: The first chair was missing 3 washers and one acorn nut. These are metric (M6) and hard to find at local hardware stores. I took the ones out of my second chair to finish the first. These are not terribly expensive. I'm disappointed that they were short or that they didn't included a spare or two. Update: My bad, the missing washers and the acorn nut were found on our DARK rug. These are black items and disappear on a dark surface! Don't get in a rush to assemble these. I recommend a helper but they are not hard to do, it just takes a few hours to do. Also, do not over tighten the bolts until you have it assembled as you have to expand the frames in a couple of steps to put parts in place. If you tighten them early, it makes it hard to impossible to complete the assembly. There is some weld splatter here and there that probably should be filed off and then repainted to avoid future rust. There was a wear spot, maybe from shipping, that had taken the paint streak off an arm. Again, needs a little paint. The wife had black hobby paint that we will use instead of a big spray can from the hardware store. Sounds like it is all bad but overall we are happy. The good: Once done the wife gave this chair a 5 for comfort.

Completely UNassembled
I was looking for an outdoor glider with a higher back on it and this fit the bill. It’s fairly comfortable but lightweight. My husband is a contractor and it took him and a friend almost three hours to assemble this. There is not one part of this chair that is preassembled. It didn’t help that all the nuts and bolts and other small pieces were loose in the box. So…it’s a decent chair, expensive for the quality of product, and takes a lot of time to put together. (And you can’t return it unless you want to spend more hours to take it apart, and you know it’s not fitting back in the box :)

Surprisingly Very Comfortable!!
I have always wanted an outdoor glider and my husband surprised me with this chair. Easy to put together, although some of the instructions lacked detail. To be honest I was very skeptical putting it together that it would be comfortable, as it seemed so sturdy in build. As soon as I completed and placed on my porch and sat down, I was stunned at how comfortable it is. I have now sat in it daily for approximately 6 months and have enjoyed it. It remains very sturdy. It has a nice glide to it and also a comfortable high back. Highly recommend for other porch lovers!

You pay for the chairs, the bad instructions and frustration are free!
The chairs, once assembled, are fantastic and I love them. I bought 4, by the 4th one I was a pro, but I want to share some things with people who are considering just buying one. 1) go at it alone - do not make building these a group project, if you hate reading instructions and think you can have someone else read the instructions to you while you build it, think again. The instructions amount to 4 steps/pictures, and spoiler alert, the 4th "instructional picture" is just a picture of the completed chair. The person "reading the instructions" to you won't be helpful and you'll probably end up fighting, because you will get part of the way through building the chair and realize it's all wrong. 2) the picture says that part "D" goes on the right and "E" goes on the left. What they should have said instead of that is that it doesn't matter which one is on which side as long as the gold holes are facing inwards and matching up on both sides 3. Part "H" - when you screw it in, make sure the vertical rectangle-shaped indent on part H is on the top and pointing toward the inside of the chair. 4. Some of the holes that the screws are supposed to go though may not be drilled through perfectly/all of the way (happened on 1/2 the chairs) - have a drill handy to fix it so you can continue. 5. In whatever step your working on, loosely screw in all of the screws first and then go back and tighten them all. On some of the chairs when I tightened one side too much, I couldn't get the screw to reach on the other side. 6. Some of the screws may look similar at first glance, they are not the same. I recommend taking all the screws out of the packaging and arranging them in better piles before starting so you can be sure you're using the right one. 7. Build it in a safe place away from children, so when you start cursing at the chair, no one is upset/offended 8. Enjoy your success. When you finally do build the cursed thing, enjoy the sense of pride that comes over you. You did it, you didn't let the chair win, have a seat and glide all that chair-building stress away! - photos show how I arranged the screws before starting, and show what I'm talking about with the "gold holes" that need to face inward and the indents on part H that need to be up and facing inward. Anddddd the completed chairs!

Good Product, Superior Customer Service
For the price, this is a good chair, comfortable, attractive, and with a smooth glider mechanism. It does not come with written instructions on how to assemble it, just drawings to follow, step by step. However, it is reasonably easy to assemble, so long as you don’t rush. What WON'T work is to have someone looking at the drawings and telling you what to do--it is a one-person job. I am a 67-yo woman with no mechanical experience; it took me about 7 hours to assemble two chairs, and I had fun doing something that was so foreign to me! The chair is feather light, so I’m not sure how sturdy it will be over time--if you're over 180 pounds, I don't think this is the best chair for you, as the fabric stretches a bit. Now...about customer service: the seller’s service is outstanding! I accidentally ordered the black, when I intended to order the brown. I caught my error too late to stop the shipment, but the seller—Newmart—got back to me immediately to help make things right and with return options. As it turned out, I ended up keeping both chairs—the brown and black are very handsome.
