Terrific pan

I ordered this product when we started baking scones. I did not want to shape them by hand. This pan allows them to all be uniform in size and shape, which makes them easiedr to bake. The instructions say to use Pam with Flour, and this helps the pan release the scones without breaking and with little residue left. A quick soak in soap and water and the sturdy pan is good as new with just a little pass with a plastic scrungee or sponge to get into the corners to make sure it is clean (fingers work, too). This is no heavy scrubbing needed. I would recommend this and I am thinking of getting the mini-scone version of this same pan so I can make more scones (16) instead of just 8, as we are eating these so often that the three of us go through all of them in less than a week.

Absolutely love this scone pan!

I absolutely love this scone pan! The first time I used it I'd cut the wedges too large. No problem, though! Just sort of mushed them in to fit. All the scones cook evenly and come out without any trouble. Once done, I use a clean paper towel to wipe down until the next time I make scones. Much easier than using parchment paper.

Great Find

Having labored several time trying to make scones and found that the dough ran flat on a baking dish, I stopped trying. This baking dish is fantastic to prep, bake, and clean. The hints given were from a brochure that was included were perfect for the best results and use. Now, I'm looking forward to making my own scones for my family and friends.

Return Policy very Good!

The scone pan came damaged called Amazon and was replace without charge and replacement sent out immediately. The Nordic pan quality is as usual excellent but we were absolutely stunned at the difference in the scones super light and flaky but the bonus was the the bottom of the scone we have use Chicago metallic cookie pans or insulated cookie pans ether with parchment paper or sil pats we tried all combinations but always the same dark brown bottoms. Nothing has succeed like this Nordic ware scone pan the scones were delicate and the browning on the bottom of the scone was very light the scones were well cooked and ever so very lightly crispy.
