Works like a charm! Easy to use! Lifesaver !

No more in middle night P1 beeping errors from pan being full on portable room AC! This pump just works. Put tip of drain hose in one of the 3 inlet ports and attached a hose to the outlet to shoot out next to window exhaust and once it reaches a 1/2 gal of water comes on automatically and expels water. Love it ! Also, super quiet can barely hear it over AC when it comes on for the few seconds to empty tank.

HVAC is now good to go!

This was an easy replacement and it works great! We tested it out and we saw an immediate improvement on the humidity in our house.

Nice

Using it on a ice machine, outdoors and under a pavilion. It definitely gets a workout. Nothing lasts forever, but these last alot longer than other brands.

Not quiet like they used to be

Have used this brand of pump since 1993 for the same HVAC unit. This brand of pump was always very quiet until I bought this pump. And I actually tested it when I installed it and it was quiet. But by the next day the motor has a high pitch whine every time it kicks on now. I got fed up with it and had Amazon replace it. Got the second pump and tested it, nice and quiet, hours later it's noisy too. So I don't know. Looks like other reviewers have complained about the noise too over the last few years, while others seems happy with it. Maybe it's my luck. Who knows. But all my older pumps were very quiet.

Good item

Good item this is the second time I buy this identical item. I bought it two years ago the sensor kind of got sticky. Not sure if that’s maybe me not keeping it maintained better other than that works well buying a replacement for the same one.

Unit is an excellent pump. Multiple inlets for water pipes

I found this unit was actually very quiet, especially when compared to the unit it replaced. I enjoyed the ease of installing it including the multiple possible inlets for the pipe from the furnace to fit into. Noted after the fact it even has the mounts so you could screw it onto the vent or side of furnace if desired. All in all a good purchases.

Robust design, great price, easy installation

Excellent customer support - left a voicemail for the manufacturer to see if they recommend adding anything to fight the inevitable mold in the water, and they returned the call the next working day suggesting adding white vinegar every 2 months. Bought as a replacement of the 20-years old pump from the same company - Little Giant. This one is a bit bigger, but seemingly well built. Replacement installation took about 10 minutes. This unit has a plug, vs the old one did not have a plug. Excellent value for the money. Some more expensive models (from other manufacturers) had a transparent bottom to see whether there is water standing, and a manual trigger. Not this one, which is fine for the price. Separating the bottom and top is a bit funky, and requires a flat screwdriver, but works. Will buy again

I have replaced a few different units in the past, this one appears to be the best of the units I have tried. Pleased with unit so far.

This one is corded and the plug will need to be cut to hard wire.

Purchased this because my old pump broke and wouldn't pump put water anymore. Water was backing up and pouring out from the top. Compared this to the old one before purchasing and was the exact same model number and part number. It had the same electrical output and looked the exact same. I needed this so which is why i purchased this. Came quick and when comparing it to the old one looked exact same and was from the same company "Little Giant". However, this one comes with A CORD. So it needs to be plugged into the wall to receive power. Well the one i have currently installed is wired into my furnace and doesn't have a plug. I read the instructions and a brief section says "if it does not have a plug, use the wires as follows". Personally i did not know what to do because i didn't want to cut the plug off but need to fix it. I did some further research and found there is no hard wired pumps so that would mean that when i had my furnace installed they cut the plug off. I removed the cover off the new pump and found it had the exact same wire colors. 1 Brown, 1 Blue, and 1 Green/Yellow. I cut the plug off and matched the old with new and just followed where the old wires were. After initial start it wouldn't turn of until i activated the pump. So in all, i would say this wasn't an easy installation as i would have hoped for. I know that it is working correctly and has been pumping the water out. I am overall happy with it in the end and have not had a problem. I do like the shut off that is installed on this one, my old one seemed to run longer than this one so it's nice that it shuts off. Though only thing i wish there would have many it without the plug.
