Passform: Universal Fit.

Not as easy as they should be
I really expected more from Lippert. There are two apps that the modules can pair to, but they are finicky. They don’t stay paired over night for me. It’s really a nose bleed to have another thing to mess with on travel days. I haven’t experienced a low tire yet so I don’t know how the phone app alerts so I cannot comment on that. There is another device available that keeps an eye on things without having to open the app, but it’s another 75.00. It would be nice to have a display that sits on the dash that one could see all the time.

works but it has some annoying bugs
I like being able to do what it was designed to do... check my tires! However if i've been away from the link then i have to reconnect. Initially involved putting in my PIN (WHY) i got rid of that... but if you don't have a connection to the internet I can't 'reconnect' . This feels more like for "them' than for me. I wish once i have identified the unit and linked it to my phone that now it will work with my phone via blue tooth only. Maybe I am missing something but everytime my phone moves out of range, i have to reconnect through internet. I often camp in areas without cell services therefore the product in those areas is worthless to me. I have other bluetooth devices (for example TILE key finder) that does not require repeatedly reconnecting with tile. A bigger frustration to me is i am using this app on my phone. The data display is so small that i can't see the pressure or temperature readings. If it gets outside parameters it will turn red... that's good. Who decided such a small display and why is this not something that can be changed? The product works but is designed to be used "on grid" and with a large display device. It is not user friendly. I have a short trailer and my initial understanding was the booster was only to upgrade the signal from the tire valve sending units. I didn't think i would need the booster. The booster is not optional and is required. You will get to do hard wiring for that.

Not so sure this was a great choice
I bought this because my new Grand Deaigne Imagine trailer came pre wired with the base unit for the Tire Linc system. It was kind of an annoying scam by Lippert and GD because you can’t actually buy a Tire Linc kit with just the parts you need (ie, the tire sensors, install tools, and repeater), but rather you have to buy the entire kit including pieces you already got with the trailer. Install was quick and super simple. Configuring the app was likewise easy. My challenges: I also use my phone for a Bluetooth brake controller, so that app is going when we are driving. I can’t tell yet whether this will give me a message if I have a tire problem that I will see when other apps are running or not. Next time I have the trailer out, I will have to play with pressure settings to see what happens. The simple solution may be to move this app to my iPad. Second, when I did toggle over to the Connect app to check my tire pressures, it was too small to read with a quick glance. The app is pretty, but could benefit greatly from getting rid of the useless static portions of the screen and making the relevant info large enough to be easily legible at a glance. I would also suggest moving the tire linc info to the top of the Connect app screen…if you are having tire problems, you don’t want to be scrolling to the bottom of a screen to find out what’s going on. All in all, with some simple refinements, this could be an awesome system. As is, it is just okay.

Not a simple installation
We purchased the Lippert Tire Pressure and Temperature Monitoring System to do exactly that - monitor tire pressure and temperature on our travel trailer, but when we went to set the phone app up, we discovered that this was just one part of a large number of other devices and controls that the app features. As such it required a password, setting up an account, and our location. The instructions were not very well done either, and after an hour of trying to set it up, we found ourselves wondering if there was not a simpler way to get the job done, and so we returned it for much simpler version that did exactly what we wanted it to - monitor tire pressure and temperature on our travel trailer.

Great product
I ordered a new HD GMC truck with the capability to monitor tire pressure. With the receiver mounted behind the license plate it was unreliable and the sensors could only go to 102PSI. Needed something I could count on to protect my investment and this thing works great. Seller had a nice price and it shipped fast.

Cars by law since 2007 have low pressure warning sensors, why not your trailer?
Got this for a 37' 5th wheel, tandem axel that we pull about 5,000 miles per year. I watched a youtube on how install and program, plus the program walks you through the process, which is fairly easy even for technology challenged (me). Lippert suggests a 15 amp in line dedicated fuse link to be mounted before the battery cut off, which I picked locally. Mounted the transmitting unit in the pass through storage basement, ran a hot lead directly to battery with a fuse link and frame grounded. That was what took the time as once wired in, took maybe 15 minutes to finish. Put 95# of air in the tires and the monitor was reading 94#, so plenty accurate. Reason we bought is for low pressure warning in event of a leak, as we don't want to tear a $85K trailer up when there is a cost effective solution in the Linc. We can't see the tires and by the time we know we have a failure, it would to late and damage would be done. Previously shot temps with an infared hand held & checked tires with a club at every stop. Neighbor blew a tire on his tandem axel & totalled his rig! It's Lippert, so a quality company supports this product.

Worked great until latest app update
Hubby had no problems installing the system. Worked absolutely great the first year or so. Then the manufacturer recently updated the app. Now, even though we are using the same system and the same phone and carrier, the device won't stay linked unless I hold the phone out the window. Not ideal for interstate traveling. The result was a blown tire, lost sensor and ripped up siding. Perhaps another app update is needed? Note: system is hardwired into trailer electrical system, so not a battery issue; tires were not old, tire place checked the other tires and said they were still in good shape.
