The elements that make this a true stand out cap are the Kryptek logo embroidering on the front and the pattern of the camo, what you dont really get from the pictures also is that they have embroidered across the back on the velcro adjuster the words BATTLEFIELD TO BACKCOUNTRY, also there is a KRYPTEK badge sewn on just above the rear adjuster, if you wanted to point out minor things that would make it an exceptional hat if they were improved upon these would perhaps the front two panels above the brim could use some form of reinforcement, and also that the sweat band inside could be made of a slightly better material. Aside from those tiny issues a great cap.

Way too deep, covers the ear almost completely

Cap is too deep, needs to be more shallow. If I pull this cap down it nearly goes to the bottom of my ears. Not sure why this is so deep. My wife bought me one for Christmas that is perfect and doesn’t cover my ears so I’m not sure why there is such a difference in depths or how to order them in the right depth. I do like Kryptek but don’t recommend this cap. I also do not recommend their pants of you where anything shorter than a 32 bc they don’t offer sizes for us 5’6 and shorter folks. I wear a 34/30 and 30 is slightly too long so a 34/32 is way too long. Shirts are nice though.

You are paying for the camo pattern but it is a nice hat. It's pretty comfortable and held it's color well.

My head is a bit smaller so it doesn't look fitted. They need to make a medium size instead of a large that fits most.
