Great vacuum!

I was a little skeptical to get a cordless vacuum as I know that they aren’t as powerful as plug-ins and I’m a clean freak who vacuums everyday bc I stand stand dust or dog hair floating around everywhere.. However, I have owned a kenmoore vacuum previously and I know they are a reliable brand. I got this vacuum a couple days ago and So far so good. It doesn’t feel cheap or like it would break easy. Easy to clean. Comfortable to use. I love the rose gold color. I’ve used it a couple times and works well on my short shag rugs, area rugs, hardwood and ceramic floors. The attachments are awesome for base boards and ceilings. I have used it in my car too. Battery lasts about 35-40 minutes straight usage. But turning it off in between moving stuff helps. I hope it lasts me a while. The battery is not removable which is the only flaw. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Dirt cup has to be emptied often for optimum suction.

I picked this vacuum b/c I've always had Kenmore vacuums and been very satisfied. The only drawbacks to this one are it's a little difficult to disassemble and the dirt cup fills up pretty quick. Minor inconveniences otherwise I would give 5 stars! I love that it's lightweight and no cord to mess with. It does a pretty good job.

Works good

I really like how light and easy to maneuver. I have hardwoods and dogs so works great with hair ect. However I can't really vacuum thicker rugs. There's no way to raise roller. So some rugs in house can't be done. Other then that my only other complaint which is expected is because of it being top heavy it can't stand in place on it's own. You have to lean against something. But works great and I'm happy with purchase

Will not stand up on its own

It will not stand up-It will not even prop up against the wall without falling. Suction is good and I loved the multiple ways to use it. However, I did return it due to the only option was to hang it in the wall. I wish it came with the option of a charging floor stand. The return process was super easy.

Sorry I couldn't use it

LOVED the color. Rose gold is my favorite color. I was so sorry that it's more vacuum than my home needs because I have more carpets than open flooring. I have. The pricing is Amazing. Heartbroken that I had to return it.

No Replacement Battery

I have used this stick vacuum daily. Sometimes recharging it 2 to three times a day. It is light weight and convenient and easy to take apart to clean. I have 5 indoor dogs so I need all the help I can get! Between this vacuum, 2 Roomba's and a big, heavy Hoover pet vacuum I can sometimes stay ahead of the hair and dirt. I am really disappointed that I didn't pay attention when I purchased this vac that the unit is sealed and there is no way to replace the battery. After reliable, daily use I noticed the vacuum is loosing it's charge more quickly then it did when it was new so when the battery dies this wonderful vacuum will have to be thrown into the trash and into a landfill. More plastic!! When this dies I will be purchasing the comparable Black and Decker with the removable, rechargeable, replaceable battery. The price is about the same and the B&D battery fits my drill and other small tools. As much as I vacuum I have to have a lightweight unit but I am not going to keep throwing them away over a battery. So wasteful. Surprised Kenmore would have such a built in design flaw.

Easy to use not as powerful as I would love but decent

This is an very easy to use lightweight vacuum. It does not have the most powerful suction but it is adequate for most things. For some carpets, you may need to do several passes with the unit to get all of the dirt off. It works well on hardwood floors. It is not heavy and not very bulky. I do like it.
