Good hat

Fits great and is a well made hat. The only complaint I have is that the crown was ever so slightly askew form the brim. I use it for gardening though so I’m not super concerned, as it does a good job keeping the sun off my face and neck. Seems sturdy and my guess is that it’ll last for years

It’s the wrong size for me it’s to small for me. I don’t know what size that they have sent me.

This hat is to small for me. It’s supposed to be a medium size not a smaller size I’m a medium size but you have sent me a smaller size medium size is my size. How do I get my proper size. This one is a bit to small for me sorry about that. This is only the second time that this has happened to me out of 7 thousand dollars that I’ve spent at Amazon. Ask them and they will definitely let you know

Runs large

I should have believed the reviews which said that Justin products run large. I'm an older guy and keep my hair military short and I suspect that these hats are made for cowboys with a lot more hair than I have. Hat seems to be good quality and durable. Already been through the rain with it to no apparent problem.

One reviewer said that they run large and that was good advice for me. My head is narrow and it was tight front to back and very loose on the sides. If it were a felt, I would have shaped it. But I sent it back. Free returns is nice. It did not come in a hat box - just a regular box with a little pillow packing. The image here is pretty small and so the hat looks as smooth and flawless as a felt hat. But in reality it doesn't look quite that nice. They should have a larger image that's more realistic. They should also provide an image showing the head shape that it fits. Sorry, I didn't take any photos before returning it, or I'd post them.

Fit perfectly right out of the box. This is my second Justin straw and I am pleased with look and shape.

husband like the hat

husband like the hat...was pretty stiff until he let it set in hot water for a long while...then he reshaped...ordered his normal size...it was a bit too big, but he said he can live with it...by adding a little extra to inside band

Damaged

This is how I got the hat delivered. It was given to me a week ago so I was not able to process the return sooner . I would like to send it back because I can not use this that damaged. The box it came in is in perfect shape so I don't know what happened
