Great faucet for the price!!

We purchased this product and had an issue with it leaking when we pressed down on the lever, but not when we pushed up. It must have been a defective unit. I contacted customer support and received great customer service from Sean. He was very responsive to our issue and took care of the problem. We use this faucet daily with our under the sink reverse osmosis system and continue to enjoy it. It's a great value for the price.

Easy to install

By actual experience: After 4 years the plastic black lever wore out to the point where it would not stay in the up position more that a couple of seconds. Its no longer tight, but loose and floppy. We will need to change it out soon.

Item arrived without hardware.

Best lever tap.

I didn't realize one could flip the lever up to keep the tap running, I thought it was only press down and hold for water. Awesome. Was easy to install. Feels well made. Came with adapters for two different sizes of tubing. Also ispring support is great.

Mounting Hardware Totally Inadequate.

BEWARE, If you are replacing an existing leaky faucet which has good mounting hardware, then this faucet is great. However, the mountings supplied with this faucet are inadequate making installing impossible. The hard plastic, tapered, self-centering under-the-sink washer does not come with this faucet, making it impossible to mount the faucet to a granite counter-top without it. The top chrome finish washer is thin and has a very sharp edge, unlike my original faucet's top chrome finish washer which was much heavier material and had a smooth finished edge. I used the original old faucet's mounting hardware and the upper rubber sealing washer which made the installation easy to my granite countertop. Without the old parts, installation would not work. The mounting hardware which came with my faucet included 3 different sized rubber washers (the largest still being too small to have a water tight seal to faucet), a star washer and nut, 1/4" water line mounting nut, and the flimsy chrome top washer. With these factory parts supplied, you cannot mount the faucet to a countertop, and then would still have a water leak under the faucet.

Perfect for the purpose

We installed this iSpring dispenser on our new quartz counter to replace a similar 20-year-old unit. It was extremely easy to install, higher than the old one and has much better pressure so is much more usable. Overall a big improvement. One small wrinkle -- it arrived without a tiny plastic retaining clip -- but that was fixed by iSpring who immediately mailed me what I needed. Thanks, Nick! Presumably iSpring will be working to address this.
