this is the vise grip to reach into tiny spots to untighten dolts and screws...... price was right and works just like the larger versions... need this for your tool tray...

This is Made in Taiwan I'm happy about that.

When I got this 4 inch long nose vise grip, it looked different. The first thing I noticed was the shiny finish, and then I noted a somewhat better fit of the assembled components. My other Irwin (China) made vise grips have a dull finish and are more loosely assembled. I looked on the back of the package, and It stated "Made In Taiwan" I was surprised to see that. These remind me more of the build quality I would see from my Petersen DeWitt tools. I wish they could be Made in USA, but at least the are NOT made in China. I can really see the difference in the brighter plating. I'm happy for that.

I LOVE this little thing!!

I was hesitant at first because some of the pictures it looked much bigger than 4 inches. I had a tiny screw break off in a little corner hard to get at with just enough room to get in there with needle nose pliers. There was only a tiny bit sticking out to get hold of After trying to turn that thing and having the needle nose pliers repeatedly slip off and slowly mar it to where I could no longer get a grip on it I went on line to see if there were any needle nose vise grips and found this. Needless to say, it worked!! This thing is a life saver!!

Last-resort option for rounded spoke nipples

While certainly petite, these locking pliers were small enough and provided sufficient grip strength to manipulate completely rounded spoke nipples when truing a bicycle wheel.

Small, compact and works.

Did the job it was purchased for. Used to remove a stripped recessed screw from an outside light to be able to change the bulb. Would recommend if you need something like this.
