Sturdy, easy to use, and great for kids & adults

My son and I have used this regularly for a month. It's been very solid and a great kicking stand to provide consistency for teaching my son the right way to kick. If you're using this with a child under the age of 14, you should also get a 1-2" kicking block to use with it so that they can learn how to hit the right part of the ball. Their short legs and attack angle will make it hard to get enough lift on the ball without a block.
