A little too fat for 30" opening

The lid is about 30 1/16" which means that it won't go into the 30" opening. It should actually be about 29 3/4" and NOT bulge on the sides. The bulge just makes it that much lesser of a fit. Too late now, the firepit is in our BnB and we had to do it. I have no idea how well it will wear.

Missing a piece

The product was fine and what expected but description indicated “Spark Screen Lifter included” however, this was missing from our shipment, which was the only issue we had with this product. That is the only reason for the 4 star rating.

was not welded properly and is not flat

There is a section of metal that was not welded properly and some of the metal mesh wasnt properly fitted. The end result is that the lid doesnt sit flat.

Sturdy & Fully Assembled

Showed up fully assembled in a huge box! This spark screen is sturdy, very well built. Fit our square firepit like a dream, with plenty of clearance over our grate handles. We are really pleased with this purchase in all ways.

Great fire pit cover

Spark screen cover fits over fire pit perfectly! Solid and sturdy, well made - doesn't budge in strong winds. Delivery took quite a while due to inventory issues but once back in stock, great tracking info & delivery on expected date. Highly recommend!!
