The supplier reacted quickly.

This is stoneware china from China, shipped half way around the world. One bowl came in cracked and I notified the Amazon. Within three days we had a replacement. The stoneware has a nice pattern and appears to be a good value. Amazon preformed above and beyond expectations. The second set came in 100% unbroken.

Update! Beautiful, but broken

Got ahold of the company, and they immediately sent replacement pieces for those that were broken! We love the set and all the bowl/plate sizes are perfect Beautiful set, but several bowls arrived broken. I tried contacting the company multiple times to get them replaced instead of returning the whole set, but they never responded to my emails. They are fairly heavy, so keep that in mind if you're looking for something lightweight.

Not our forever dishes

I really wanted to love these dishes. When we got them, I was happy. We ordered three sets for a total of 12 place settings. We bought them almost 2 years ago to the day. What we have left is eight dinner plates, seven salad plates, five pasta bowls, and four cereal bowls. I’m now looking into purchasing a new dish set as I don’t have enough casual dishes to host our extended family and don’t want to have to pull out the fine China.

Unique

Ordered these for my new remodeled kitchen. They are displayed on a floating shelf. They look great. They are hand made so all of them are just a little misshaped (not perfect), but I love the uniqueness of them.

Really Nice Set

I have had these dishes for months now and I still love them. I love the bowl that reminds me of a rice bowl and in contrast, the other bowl is nice and flat. I only wish they came in a set of 6.

Pretty, but Cracks Easily

I love the look of this set, but it is not holding up well. I bought it on April 20, 2021 (less than 2 years ago). Within the first few months, one of the small plates chipped. Since then, one of each of the other types has cracked or chipped. They also get very hot in the microwave even though they are supposed to be microwave safe. We are sadly looking at buying a new set because these have been so inconsistent.

Quality and functionality!

I have been looking for a set of quality dishes for a few years. When I saw these, I knew instantly they were it! Not only are they absolutely beautiful, but I’ve found that when I put something hot in the bowls, or heat it up in the microwave, it stays warm for a decent amount of time. The plates and bowls are very sturdy, but not heavy. I would definitely recommend these!!

Great dish set. But received broken bowls which they promptly replaced

Love the set but received 3 broken bowls. Contacted customer service and they replaced them within 24 hours! Great customer service and amazing product. I actually ordered more plates, bowls, glassware and serveware!

Scratches on all the plates

I purchased two sets of the FEZ collection. The product looks just like the picture and is very pretty in terms of colour and pattern. That being said, the salad plates and dinner plates are defective. The smaller plates are full of small dots/bubbles. The dinner plates are scratched up badly. Usually you don’t see scratches like that on plates at least 1-2 years into their use. Very disappointed that the seller would ship them in such a condition.
