Really Pretty, But Does Not Glow In The Dark

I bought this to replace one of my garden decorations which was demolished in a severe wind storm years ago. It's very pretty and looks exactly like it's picture, but it does not glow in the dark. I don't know how they got the one in pic to glow, but mine doesn't do that. Luckily, it doesn't bother me that much, but if you're set on getting glow in the dark decorations for your garden, I'd skip this one.

Does Not Glow- even when placed in Bright direct sunlight All day :(

I love anything Dragonfly- so when I saw this creative yard art piece- I thought it would be a great addition to my new Garden. I placed it in Direct ALL Day intense sunshine- eagerly anticipating it's "luminous glow" come night time......Nothing....No Glow. It is pretty Small in size too, so not much impact in its Visual aspect- and some water got on it apparently when I was watering a nearby bush- and 3 days later I discovered both wings on the right hand size were all Rusty :( Being an Outdoor Garden Stake/art- the Manufacturer could of at least applied some type of Rust-preventative. I would Not buy this product again. --It does NOT illuminate as shown and portrayed in the Photos.

Dragonfly Night light

The product is exactly as described and is a delight. It must be put in a sunny spot all day however to glow at night but I got it for the prettiness of it during the day.

Not what I expected

The dragonfly does not look like the picture. When I got the stake, the wings of the dragonfly were bent and seem flimsy. The metal is quite thin. I carefully bent the wings back into position and nothing broke off, so that is a good thing. Unfortunately, I bought several Echo Valley products because I liked the look of them and thought they would be fun additions to my garden. I understood that they were not solar powered lights and that they just had luminarie paint on glass, but I thought the glow-in-the-dark look would be different from the solar powered lights I already have. I put them in one of my gardens that gets full sun for at least eight hours a day. And yet, even with full sun on the most glorious of days, at night there is nothing. You have to get right up on top of them to even notice that there is something there trying to glow. I will not be buying anymore Echo Valley products and I am sorry for the ones I did purchase. For the price, they are certainly a rip-off. Do not waste your money!

No Illuminarie

It has been sitting in the sun for a week now and does not illuninate at night, It is pretty but doesn't work as advertized. I would have not spent $24.00 on it if I had known it wouldn't work.

Great Gift

I bought this as a gift and they loved it. Nice construction; glass topper was beautiful and glowed in dark. Would consider buying another for myself or as a gift. Extremely pleased with entire transaction.

as it is a very nice item, but I had to adjust an eye ...

I purchased this as a gift after buying one of the glow-in-the-dark gazing balls recently. I would have given it 5 stars, as it is a very nice item, but I had to adjust an eye and main body section in order to place one eye and the main body, as they were loose in the box. Apart from that, it's a special item, and I know my Mom will love it.
