Did not come with correct screws

The media could not be loaded. updated review .. Initially I did not get the correct screws to setup this table however the seller reached out to me and was very kind in trying to resolve the issue quickly. I did end up getting the correct screws. Setup was easy, the table is fine, didn’t work for what I initially wanted such as breakfast seating in the main kitchen space because it’s pretty low, it’s cute though, using it as a bar table for our balcony.

Leg pieces don’t align

This is a nice small table set. However, when assembling, both sets of bars that go across the chairs at the bottom for your feet did not align with the chair legs. They didn’t fit where they were supposed to and so the chairs look unfinished. Disappointed. I’d appreciate the company sending replacement chairs (or at least chair legs) to fix this. UPDATE: The company reached out regarding my concerns, and are going to send replacement chairs. I spoke with a very helpful and kind representative who genuinely cares about her customers’ satisfaction.

Arrived DAMAGED

EDITED: I was contacted by the company as a result of my review and given many options to rectify the situation such as a new stool sent to me, money off the table or a complementary item sent. The company cares about their reputation and worked hard to make me happy. I was very happily surprised with how attentive they were and how the worked to ensure my satisfaction. Happy customer :) Came with some damage and can’t figure out how to contact seller as I’d like a discount! Hoping they will see this! Too much of a pain to take apart and return at this point. Other than that, it is a nice looking set. An item that you can’t be too rough on though as it’s not the most solid but it looks nice haha. So if you have a house full of destructive kids, I’d pass on this item for now.

Great for small spaces for a short time

The table and chairs came in a heavy package. It was fun and easy to put together, simple instructions- but be prepared to spend around an hour hand screwing everything in. The tool that came with the kit worked well for tightly screwing in the bolts after I had to screw them all in by hand. After assembled, the table chairs are easy to move around the house and the table had adjustable height screws under each leg. *The chairs are not comfortable to sit in for a long time.* I am 5'2" so I would imagine a tall person would have a hard time staying seated comfortably at this table. Overall, i'm happy with my purchase. Its worth the 100 bones. If you're looking for something you can sit at for a few hours- I would suggest getting a set that has backs on the seats.

Update ** Customer service worked with a solution to refund half of the price to reorder a new set of chairs for the table. I am pleased to at least receive half due to the table being in a great condition. Awesome customer service! ** If you are over 150lbs, prepare for these chairs to bend. Not sturdy enough to hold someone up. I bought this table a couple of months ago and it has only been used for decoration since the chairs are not sturdy enough to eat dinner at. Disappointed Also one of the chairs was aligned wrong and wasn’t able to be put together completely due to a part not fitting.

Nice small table and two short stools

I ordered the small square, but they sent a rectangle, so it is bigger than I wanted. If you can turn 36 screws it is very easy to assemble, is extremely sturdy, and the wood grain looks really good. No missing parts.

Revised review: Great product and customer service (initially written as: Faulty assembly)

Initial review: How do I even assemble this? The alignment of screws and length of parts don’t add up. Revised review: The customer service is extremely reliable and patient in guiding me assemble this product. The team had gone through great length in first, trying to reach me, providing me with a video resource of the proper way to assemble, and finally, following up with my progress. I had initially set this issue aside and accepted it to be more or less functioning despite the obvious misalignment. However, this was entirely a mistake on my end. The product looks great to begin with, and no doubt durable. Thanks again to the team for helping me with the proper assembly.
