Look At Reviews Before Buying

The slot isn't big enough for a stick of butter to fit in. It sprays all over the place making you waste butter, so you have to refill it more than usual. If it wasn't for the fact that it sprays butter all over the counter besides the bread or pan, I would have kept it. My mistake was not looking at the reviews before making the purchase. I saw people complaining on video that the sprayer clogs up. I also saw a video where the lady from Shark Tank Lori Greiner; backed up from the deal, plus many people had contacted the BBB because the company didn't want to refund the money back to customers. The company even admitted that the product wasn't working properly and plans on making it better so customers would be satisfied. I beg to differ, so I'll just stick to the old fashion way and just slice the butter and throw it in the pan. All these reviews and videos I saw after the fact that I had already purchased the butter sprayer. Go to YouTube and see the reviews from other customers. I'm just glad I bought it from Amazon because Amazon treats their customers with dignity and understands that not every product is made for everyone, and returns money to their customers.

Very smart idea but issues still

The sprayer sprays too much at once, after using a few times, the sprayer gets clogged and they say it can be used up to 2 weeks. Cleaning it is sort of difficult. All the butter doesn't fully get cleaned unless we're doing it wrong. It's a smart idea for this product but some issued could definitely be fixed

I can't give this product a good review, its just not a great product.

I wish I was till inside the return window for this product but as it is I will probably toss it in the trash. first, the good parts, it actually does melt and spray (usually) which is nice for steamed vegies, popcorn and toast. if you do those things way more often than me your milage with this may be better. it takes a while to heat up and charge the pump battery, its not instant, and the time to heat varies depending on the temperature of the butter inside and how much is in it. it seems like it takes a long time if you are waiting for it. but if you put it on the base to heat and charge before the vegies/popcorn/toast is done and it charges and goes ready first you can have a problem. if it sits at ready on the charger too long it makes a pumping noise, and goes into some kind of safe mode and will not pump. i can't find any way to reset it, so no spray, just a thing of melted butter you have to let cool down and wait for it to melt again. by which time what ever you were going to spray it on is now cold. i really just dont find it to be worth the effort, much less the money and arguably the worst thing about it, if you are going to make a butter sprayer, and market it in the US where butter is sold in standard size sticks of butter, why, oh why, would you not make the melting tank large enough or shaped correctly to actually put one of those sticks in it? Nope, you have to cut the butter into smaller chunks and drop them in to get them to fit meaning you can't even really fill the tank from empty if the butter is strait from the fridge. and don't even get me started on cleanup. bottom line, given how frustrating and time consuming this thing is to use, you are better off spending that time finding another way to butter you vegies/popcorn/toast.

the chamber holds a whole stick of butter and only takes a few minutes to melt, works great wherever you need butter, biscuits, pancakes, toast and yes, popcorn

Best kitchen gadget ever

It really works and I use it to spray on pans instead of the spray oils in cans ... melts fast and has a good even spray every time

Jury Is Out

I have had 3 of these butter sprayer starting with the Biem. The first 2 I used the regular stick butter like the instructions recommended. I had issues with spraying with all of them and after a few months the stopped working altogether. I decided to give this one a try except this time I have only used clarified butter in it. The others kept stopping up and would just squirt a little stream when I could get them unclogged and finally just quit pumping. I have had this one a few weeks now and it too has gone from spray to stream, even after cleaning the nozzle. Buying clarified butter is really cost prohibitive for what you get. There are videos on YouTube showing how make you own clarified butter which I will try if this unit keeps working. These are all the same technology from China just a different shape container on the outside. Does it work? Yes Will is last? The jury is out on this one for me. I sure wish somebody would come up with a good reliable one because there's definitely a market for them.

Didn’t work internal battery was toast

Bought this and charged it but would not even turn on. I’m guessing it was some cheap battery they’re using on the inside you can’t change the battery. It’s a sealed unit anyway pretty disappointed considering the price.

Good buy

I read the reviews before purchasing which did not clinch the deal for me as it seemed there was a 50/50 split. I love this item. Heats up quickly and I can spray both sides of 4 English muffins and lightly coat my pan 4 eggs before having to re-charge. Puts a nice light coating on my popcorn. It sprays great but spray head will 'gum up' if not removed and rinsed with hot water after use. Not a big deal. I will buy one for my sister's birthday.

Works great. Bought it for popcorn but now I'm spraying everything with it. Don't know how I ever got on without it.

Fun while it lasted

Had the unit for 4 months . It worked fine for the first 3 months, then it stopped spraying. It seemed clogged because it was heating but not spraying. Tried to find a solution and it seemed that there was no product support. It is now in the garbage.
