Instructions and support are poor

The assembly instructions are very poor and the diagram does not show how to use the tool that helps insert the shades, you are left on your own to figure it out. I looked at their website and no assistance is available. Basically, if you enjoy Ikea assembly this is the lamp for you!

Poor construction. Didn't last a year.

Less than a year of gentle regular use, something has gone wrong with wiring. Checked bulb, outlet, etc., all are still working, so the problem is the lamp. Going to try another brand. Don't have time to mess with unreliable products. Looks great on my desk, but that doesn't count for much if it won't turn on.

Great look on a solid and sturdy lamp.

This light was more expensive than others that are out there, but it sits on a minimalist type of desk. I wanted something that was as clean as can be. The cord has the switch on it and that is under the desk. There are no switches or knobs of any kind in the light. There is a baffle of sorts inside the lamp so the outer housing does not get as hot when a bulb is on. Very sturdy base has more than enough weight to keep the light upright. Highly recommend this piece to others.

Just as pictured if not better !

Arrived very well packaged ~ Perfect lamp for my desk at home. The globe comes off very easily - I replaced it with a shade from our local home improvement store to add a little bling. It's perfect ! The only thing I would change is to locate the on/off switch on the lamp base rather than the toggle that is wired into the electrical cord.
