Does the job, but it leaks and makes a mess, nor will it close.

Bought this to pour some loose rubs together for some BBQ. It does what it needs to be, but the problem is that it leaks all over the place and when you try to "close" up the top from the holes, it continues to leak all over the place. I liked the size and all, but the fact that I can't seal it for future use and it makes a mess, makes it a bit unusable long term.

Works as expected

The unit does hold 10 oz and I tested all 3 holes. Each allows the contents to come out easily. Seems to be well made and does not feel cheap.

Does the job+

I've been trying to do rub for years with a spoon and did ok. Wanted to level up so tried this and it's great. The best feature is the choice of different hole size as my rubs are all different in texture.

Works Well Enough

Bought for popcorn butter/salt. Be aware of how quick it dispenses and the salt does get under the turn open top. Overall works good.

Holes too small.

The holes are too small, does not work with Cheddar Cheese powder.

My favorite salt shaker!

Since I can't find Diamond Kosher salt canisters anymore (which I loved using) I decided I needed a large shaker to hold my salt. I just use it all the time and can't stand using those tiny shakers when I need to season during cooking...this shaker was the largest I could find with a good variety of hole options...from really large to minimal. The nice thing is I leave it on the largest size hole and just a few shakes is all it takes and I'm not constantly refilling it (I now buy the Diamond 4 lb boxes since that's all they seem to sell). The cap works nicely, does not come undone and it adjusts to the size you need effortlessly. I have no complaints at all, other than when I'm using it over boiling water the steam causes the salt to clump near the holes, but that's not a big deal. Just wipe it off after using. Highly recommend this for any seasoning you use, but especially if you're looking for a good size shaker :)

Simple, capable

I bought this seasoning shaker for grilling and smoking - I’m using it for my beef rub (salt, pepper, garlic powder), and for a pork butt rub (kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder onion powder, paprika). The shaker has variable openings which works well with the seasoning mixes I’m using, allowing coarse salt through as well as finer spices like paprika. Simple, but capable, and I waste less seasonings vs sprinkling from a bowl!

Shake it up!

Works very well. Would have like more larger holes, and sometimes smaller spice particles get stuck in the spin-top, but happy with it.
