Great for my needs and sturdy

Great product, easy to assemble, sturdy and great for using with resistance bands. Does the trick for my gray cook FMS chopping moves at a fraction of cost.

Good overall so far. Rings are a bit small for multiple carabiners.

The rings at the ends can easily for two bands (the carabiners). Three is ok. If you add more they start fighting for space and moving, sometimes during the exercise. There's also a clicking sound sometimes when the rings turn. Haven't figured out yet if it's the rings themselves or the carabiners running on them. So far the grips are good and the bar feels sturdy. It's a good width too. You just can't do hammer curls with it. That's nothing wrong with this product, just a note in case you're looking for more versatility. Overall it's a good product so far.

These were a great investment!

The media could not be loaded. These were a great investment. I've used these for the last two years! I just squated 700 lbs of resistance with these bars. I've been doing 600 lbs resistance for the last year. My bars withstood the resistance weight ✊????????????

Broke after a couple of workouts.

I’ve had the product for maybe two weeks total. I’ve used it maybe three or four times during those two weeks. The anchor point that pivots on each end of the bar seem to be constructed poorly. The anchor on one end literally snapped off mid workout. Upon examination, it’s apparent that the metal is very thin in that area where a lot of rotation and stress would be placed on the bar. I was curling 100 pounds resistance when this happened. The quality of the product otherwise seems fine, but in those two areas where it’s important to have motion and rotation on the anchor joint. For this, I cannot recommend this product.

Sturdy, well priced

Good, sturdy, well priced. Carabiner connectors sometimes hard to open and insert thicker bands. Can become twisted. Overall though glad to have the bar. It’s helped me improve my workout .

The best cable bar at the best price on the market..

Hello, We purchased two of these bionic bars four years ago. They work just as good as olympic bars for building muscle. They do not bend with all of the cable attached at once. They rotate properly without sticking. They are excellent for building biceps and triceps, along with wide upright rows for shoulders.I think you get the point. Its the best cable bar at the best price on the market.

Good bar, mediocre carabiners

I would have preferred a one piece bar but waited too long and the Innstar went out of stock so I got this instead. Seems solid enough but I didn't like the carabiners as they are a bit small and the edges of the clip are pretty sharp. Especially as I am using (Undersun) flat bands, I replaced them with M10 triangular ones (good tip, GamerBody).

Very strong build. You can use any elastic or stretch tubing with this bar. For those of you who, like me, lack imagination and need some guidance there are numerous videos on YouTube to help you use this for getting into shape and easily maintaining it. The Bionic Body website has a great nutritional section that I found interesting and informative. There are a few negative reviews here about quality and the ability of this bar to maintain its integrity under load. These negative reviews are not at all correct. The bar is really solid. I would prefer to have a bar that is a wee bit longer but this has not interfered with effective workouts at all. If you lack a lot of storage space for gear, this is perfect for you. It breaks down in seconds and fits in a drawer or hangs in a closet. I travel a lot and the bar's ability to break down to a manageable size and its 3 1/4 pound weight make it an excellent workout candidate for air travel. Add about 2 more pounds for a set of six workout tubes and a door anchor and you have a great in-room hotel gymnasium. I have been working out for the past 40 years and have tried a lot of different tools. I find that, coupled with a set of stretchable tubing, this has been my best workout equipment decision by far.

Solid product

As gyms are still closed in my area, I have become a home workout addict. From kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands now. I found myself having trouble with the bands when it came to lat-pulldowns, bench press, and tricep pressdowns with the door anchor. At the times my arms wouldn't be stable. I found this bar to be perfect to attach the resistance bands to and it makes a huge difference in my movements. You can feel the target muscles much more just because you are much more stable. The bar is solid and has a great comfort grip.

Worth the purchase!

Got a whole resistant band set due to the pandemic and wanted someThing to do bench with and curls etc... this bar is perfect! Easily comes apart for travel, decent weight to the bar too.. but really does the trick. The large clamps on the side allow for a bunch of resistance to be added and your can feel comfortable knowing the bar isn’t going to snap or anything ...
