Awesome Duty Belt! May require a new inside liner belt that uses hook velcro!

After suffering back pain at work, I finally stumbled across this belt. I will say that it was an absolute pain to get all of my attachments on, but once I figured out you can open both sides of the belt, it made it a tad easier. Also, try to compress the padding while trying to slide it versus just trying to hulk in across. The extra padding does keep my holsters in place and free from sliding which is awesome. As far as cons, there isn't much adjustment on the belt if you get slimmer/fatter, so make sure you look at the sizing guide prior to ordering. The belt requires a "hook" inside belt, rather than a "loop" inside belt like the guardian belt. I ended up ordering a compatible Bianchi inside belt #7205. With that said, I have found I can use this belt without keepers and not be afraid it is going to fall off or slide down. Overall, I would highly recommend this purchase but be prepared for the frustration of getting your holsters on.

The best duty belt I've ever worn. Hands down.

I've had this belt for over two months now and have used it daily as a full-time law enforcement officer and I'm confident that it's the biggest single-item upgrade to my equipment that I've ever made. The series of compression foam cushions that line this belt are absolutely life-saving. They act as a really comfortable buffer between your gear and your body, causing your duty belt to feel like it's floating around your waist. This will serve as a big upgrade for any LEOs who, like me, have experienced back, side and hip discomfort from their duty belt and gear poking them and/or pinching nerves. And as a bonus, the padding is itself lined with loop Velcro, allowing you to use the inner-belt/duty-belt attachment system if it's what you like. In terms of fit and sizing, the belt is adjustable on either side by folding down the ends to the interior and gripping them in place with the sliding stays. If you're concerned about your waistline fluctuating, order one size range up. This will help compensate for the added waist size that your uniform, inner belt and duty gear will create. In short, buy this.

Looks good functions ok.

It's pretty good for the price. I use it in the LE field. I liked the idea of the thick backing and it definitely keeps things from sliding around on the belt. I just don't like how it's only thick in certain spots as in it has sections that are thick then a sewn seam then the next section. When I'm wearing it I feel the edges and it's a bit annoying. It's easy to adjust and the front clip works fine but I don't like how it's plastic. Would definitely prefer a metal clasp. I also got the clipless velcro underbelt. I'm not super impressed with that. I like the clipless concept but it's too thin and sticks to everything. On top of that the velcro isn't strong enough to hold the duty belt without belt keepers.

Duty Belt, excellent

Excellent quality, super comfortable. Has held up so far with a little over a month of everyday use. Padding is great for all day comfort, buckle system has proven durable. My only complaint is it took a bit to get the velcro adjusting system to cling but other than that it has been a great investment. Recomend over a sam browne all day, you can get a better fit with this style

Thick padding makes some attachments difficult

**** MUST READ**** It would be 5 stars, however, I've encountered one huge problem. The padding inside the belt is what makes this belt more comfortable, but it's also the biggest flaw in it's design. I struggled to slide on my cuff cases, mag pouches, holster, flashlight holder, but they all made it on. The major problem is that any attachment using a Tek-Lok attachment is nearly impossible to mount on. My taser, tourniquet holder, and badge holder (I'm on a special unit) all use the Bladetech Tek-Lok attachment. The padding is so thick that I had to fight to secure them, and I fear that they will somehow come unsecure due to the tension they are locked under. If you don't use these attachments, then you have nothing to worry about. Hopefully they will let me return the belt, but for tonight, I have to reset my leather Sam browne.
