cheap product

This product is worse than it predecessor - WDP75. It uses cheap plastic and taste and smell like plastic in hot water. It also miss the functions in WDP75, like LED light, storage cabinet, warm water … options. Overall, it is a OK product that works, but in the low ends. Should look for a better option.

Dispenser review

The media could not be loaded. It was well packed but the hooks which are meant to hold the tray in place was already broken

I see nothing wrong, does it's job

It was easy to install. Just plug in then load the water jug and wait 15 minutes, then set the hot and cold switches on and wait till it cools/heats up. The hot water is hot enough to make tea and the cold may not be ice cold but it's cold enough to satisfy someone that likes cold water. Overall I'm very happy with this product

Avanti Water cooler is the best.

The new Avanti hot and cold water cooler is very modern and and easy to use. It arrived before the predicted date. It is quiet and the temperatures are true. I would recommend it for home use.

Cracked

Crack in water tank water all over returned tried again same issue returned and bought primo

Water smells fishy.

When we first started using this cooler all was well. Within a few weeks we noticed a fishy taste to the water. I have rinsed and cleaned the dispenser several times even using the baking soda mixture recommended and the taste and smell persists. I tried to cal the company today but they are only open on weekdays. I would not recommend this product.
