After a while they need replacement

I used my original ones for 8 months, pumping 6-8 times a day and they lasted for about 7 of those months. I procrastinated getting new ones. But the new ones work well

Replacement was great

I bought them here despite the bad reviews cause idk where else to buy them. They did come a little open, so I asked for a replacement and the next ones were more closed and have good suction. They also sent them in one day which was great! works out great cause the only other way I found to get them was by buying a whole $30 replacement kit.

Give it a try

So I bought a set from here and it came out perfect but when I bought another set later on the valves were more open than the ones I was throwing away so I threw them away and requested a refund. I then went to the official Ameda website to purchase new valves for my pump. When I received the valves they were in a similar condition (open). I was shocked and truly disappointed so I contacted their customer support. They informed that the valves being open does NOt mean that they don't work. They told me to try them and so I did and they work better than the ones I was throwing away even though they appeared more open. Apparently a new manufactured valve although appearing open work and is different than a valve that opened up from usage. So if you buy these try them out and see if they work for you. I unfortunately threw them out before I was able to try them but I think you'll be surprised that they actually work like new how they're supposed to. 3 stars because I didn't try them out before I threw them away but according to the manufacturer they should work.

Works just as well as the Ameda Mya products I have used these for almost 8 months and repurchased several times.

Too loose

These did not fit the ameda mya as advertised. They were too loose, I’m not sure if I got some that were previously used or if they are generally too lose so be careful.

Wouldn't Buy Again

Do these valves "fit" my Ameda breast pump? Yes, however, they are not a tight snug fit. The poor fit is making me pump less.
