Disappointed is an undedstatement

Update: 5/18/23: Customer Service indeed reached back out to me and made things right! They actually went above and beyond expectations and did more for us than we anticipated. They sent us a new set of lights which we installed on 4/20/23. Everything has been working great ever since (knock on wood). Updating my rating to a 4 based on the great customer service we ended up receiving, going above and beyond to rectify our issues and that we are now back up and running. Will update again in a few months and if all things go well, possibly bump up to 5 stars! Well, they worked great for a month. We had 2 splitters with 3 lights on each. One light went out on one of the splitters. Hooked up a new light and then all 3 went out on that splitter. Bought a new splitter as customer service is nonexistent and never responded to us. Hooked up the 3 lights to the new splitter and the came on (flashing as expected). When going into the app to add the device, it recognizes it right away however WILL NOT connect so we can control them. Low and behold, as I'm trying to get this set of 3 working on this splitter, the other 3 lights on the second splitter all go out. After fight with it for days we are stuck with 3 lights that don't come on and 3 lights that will only flash and not connect. Would not recommend these to anyone.

Great lighting concept… when they work

Update 10/18/2022….. Updating my rating on these… I’ll give them 3 1/2 stars due to their customer service but that’s not available… read below for the history on my issues with the product… here is what I can tell you now… their customer service did everything possible to resolve my issues… they were excellent even when limited by the product availability… the new controllers that they shipped me for free were much better quality than the ones that failed… all have been tested and working well so far but it’s only been a few weeks… after I got the new controllers I found that 3 of the individual lights were no longer working and had to be replaced and they are $35 a piece… two of the lights were working prior to the controller failures and one of the lights was in a string that had never even been installed because the controller never worked For that set of 8… the new lights however also appear to be much higher quality so let’s hope they are. All in all these lights are awesome when they work but have been and will continue to be a headache for me… FYI… the red lights in the pic are lights where the controller that failed is inaccessible until I dig up some pavers… don’t bury you controllers no matter how ugly all the wiring is… find a way to hide the wiring and the controller ………………………. Prior reviews……….. I bought a set of these (4 pack) to try out as they were quite expensive… after getting them working, which was challenging, I really liked them… so much that I bought the smart bridge and 6 more sets of 4. Now the bad part… of those 6 sets, exactly ZERO worked… 2 sets turned on but couldn’t factory reset them so I couldn’t connect them to the app. The other 4 sets failed to even turn on so it was impossible to factory reset them… Giving this 3 stars for now only because the seller has been responsive in trying to get me new controllers… we will see… the one controller I received would not turn on, and the other 5 were damaged in shipping so they are working to get me additional controllers… not happy as this is holding up my project…. UPDATE: changing my review to 5 star from 3 due specifically the customer service of the vendor… They provided 8 light controllers since there was issues with the 4 light controllers they sent and no more in stock… they arrived quickly and worked perfectly and were easy to setup… as soon as they were turned on the lights blinked different colors and were easily paired with the app… I also recommend the Smart Bridge to connect to you Alexa app… once setup and turning on the skill in Alexa, as soon as I setup each device on the Hao Deng app they automatically were setup in Alexa… very happy with the product and the customer service was 5 star all the way. Updating again 9/13/22…. what a disaster these lights are… nothing but trouble… I have over $1000 invested in these lights and now none of them are working. I disconnected the only set that was working to try a factory reset on the 3 that were not working… now the one set that was working is dead as well… after reconnecting it, the app cannot find it online so can no longer be controlled… I’ve been waiting for 6 weeks for a new controller/splitter for 1 set that died 2 days after installing the lights and they are still not available… now I need 5 controllers, not 1… I cannot invest any more time or money into these lights… PS, DO NOT BURY YOUR CONTROLLERS/SPLITTERS where they are not easily accessible since you will most likely be replacing them, if you can even get them… I was stupid and installed the controllers inside my double sided wall to hide the ugly mess of connections and wires from the splitter for 2 light sets and behind a retaining wall under pavers for 2 other sets and now have to try to get my wall caps off and pull up pavers to access the controllers to get them out… it’s a shame because when they work they are great but nearly $1300 in lighting not working and no controllers readily available I think it’s time to try something else…

Standard Transformers won't work ?

I've tried 2 brand new separate transformers - DEWENWILS 200W Outdoor Low Voltage Transformer, and the Hampton bay one from home depot. They both output power because if I hook a regular 12v led to it it lights up fine. And I know these lights work because I can connect a variable DC converter up to it and they work great. Do you know what amperage the Bluetooth controls have for min or max ?

There is no bluetooth controller included and part of the lights does not work

I purchased 8 pack 12 inches of this item. It does not include the bluetooth controller. Out of 8 lights 4 of them stopped working after the first time turning it on and off. It is not turning it back again. Amazon support says there is no manufacturer contact details to get a replacement. Woark can you replace the item for me or refund me the amount?

Impressive light for the price and funtionality

I used these lights on my pergola to create a low light ambience and the color lights definitely help. I bought the 4 inch model and hoped they were a little more bright. As they are dimmable more light output would have been appreciated. The build quality is sturdy and the metal is solid. The lights are very well sealed. I had to order additional extension wires for my specific need as the main controller uses 6 wire low voltage cables. I did not want to cut the wires and solder but that would be a slightly cheaper option for those who want longer runs. The app is very basic and only connects on Bluetooth. I wish it had Alexa compatibility inbuilt. It can be achieved but you have to buy an additional hub which is a bummer.

Broken mount point on splitter

I Just got my 8-Pack Woark Smart Hardscape Lighting, Retaining Wall Lights, 3W 12 Inch, IP65 Waterproof lights and one of the splitter has a broken mount point - suggestions?

Quick ship, once I got use to the quick connectors they went easier. They instruction on how to maximize the features are AWFULLY written leaving more question vs answers.
