Well made product

Easy to install and seems to be durable.

washer failed, costly to replace

I have one installed and the float washer on the vacuum breaker has failed, so it leaks when the valve is on (I found several other reports of the same problem). Zurn doesn't sell or specify the washer individually so I have to buy a costly repair kit.
