Incredibly good for the price
When i got this it was on sale so i got it for $11 after tax and shipping. I had originally bought 2 of these rods as a joke to see how long it would hold up. Its super easy to set up, the line is in an easy to grab place and it just comes apart in the middle of the rod. I started by using this rod for small fish, mainly bluegill and crappie, and there were no issues. After that i started targeting larger fish like bass and this rod held up very well. Im yet to catch anything massive, but i really like the rod and have been using it nearly everyday since i bought it, despite having multiple other rods. Something about it being so cheap (and still working and feeling so good) makes me want to keep using it.

Worth the money!
I bought this on a whim for a panfish pole because it was cheap and light weight and I’ve had no issues from past zebco, this one is just as good as an expensive zebco, I’ve caught 3 decent size channel catfish on the line that came prespooled, I believe it is 10 lb line that came with the pole, easy to rig comes with a pull tab drag it out take the pull tab off run it through the eyes and rig it up however you like, especially for a beginner or a kid you cannot beat the price on this!

Zebco Tradition Continues
The first rod and reel set I owned as a kid was Zebco. It was easy to use and held up under a kid's not-too-gentle treatment! When I moved to the Philippines, I had to leave my fishing gear, so I was delighted to find this Zebco rod and reel at such a reasonable price. I bought another one for my Filipino friend so we can fish together. I feel like a kid again!

Bought several of these for the grandkids, they love them and they are great for panfish and medium size catfish and bass, and you can't beat the price.

Liked the fishing pole for a Baitcaster reel
I liked the pole, not so much the reel. The reel is OK, but not great. The pole however is fantastic for my old school direct drive 1960’s bait casting reel. I put an “Ocean City 1591” on the pole and it is a perfect match. I am using the reel on another pole to teach my granddaughter how to cast. I gave this outfit 5 stars even though I am not excited about the reel because the pole alone is worth the $10 that I paid for the combo. Can’t go wrong at that price, my 1960’s reel is casting better than ever on this pole.

Se mira de buena calidad y su carrete funciona muy bien, a mi hijo le encantó y la puede utilizar perfectamente, falta usarla en la pesca para ver como se comporta, pero no creo que halla ningún problema.
