Works for what I need it for

Item is solidly made, love that it uses the standard Worx 20V rechargeable batteries (each battery lasts about 10 minutes on high, not sure why anyone would use the low power). I bought it mainly to keep the car neat, and it does a good job at that. Bottom line, excellent for small jobs where you don't want to drag a more powerful, corded vacuum to. If I were King of Worx, maybe would have included a slightly bigger "main" brush attachment, and eliminated the vacuum adapter, which isn't needed. I think some people thought it was for attaching tools from other vacuums, but they say it usually doesn't work for that. (The instructions give no explanation at all for the adapter).

Whatever you pick up must be dry because of the curvature from the hose to the body. If you try to pick up damp things it will get clogged, but I like it so much. I’m buying two more so I have one in the shed one in the house and one on the boat, it’s a great value because it comes with the battery and charger

Does what it's expected to do

As the owner of several Worx tools (string trimmer, hedge clippers), when the need arose to replace the worn out Dustbuster, this was an obvious choice. I already have several different Worx PowerShare batteries (20, 40, and 80 Ah) so I was not concerned that this item did not include another one. The construction is solid, it's very easy to clean out the debris container, but it does essentially require two hands to use it. However, I consider that a plus -- the extensible hose and tool tips allow much better/targeted access to small spaces in our cars and around the house than the one-handed Dustbuster. If you already have other Worx tools, this is a "no-brainer" addition to your stockpile.

Great portable vacuum.

I purchased this Worx Vacuum because I have several Worx products & love the battery use. I bought the vacuum to clean a large indoor caged kennel for a rescued cat I have to keep separate from my other cats. This vacuum works great in the kennel, kennel pillows, and on the carpet around the kennel. Easy to use, picks up everything. Definitely worth the money.

I love this vacuum!

It is powerful for its size. Is it a little noisy? It's a vacuum, of course it is! It is not too noisy any noisier than any product you buy that you know is going to make some noise . It works great you can take it anywhere in an instant. Something in the bottom of a drawer you don't like, grab that thing and it is as clean as a whistle in no time. It's so easy to take anywhere and clean up little messes in your car, in your house, in a drawer in a corner, it is just wonderful! I use it here and there I have yet to have to charge the battery. I have had it for many months.

Convenient

Better than a dust buster - I use it to clean between windows and doors, the dryer vent, small dry spills (like plant dirt), crumbs, etc.

The best for cleaning leather couch

I have a corgi he sheds even after de shedding . Everytime he gets off couch he leaves hair behind I keep this by the couch to vaccum up his hair . I also used it to dust it’s the best 100 bucks I ever spent !! Doesn’t have super duper suction but works great for instant use purpose . I like that it’s a hose machine and includes the lil tools . I have a 2 big Miele vacuums and a Miele triflex pro , but to pull those guys out for a quick job I rather use this . It’s super tiny and light .

Hoover for the car

I bought this for my car thinking it would fit all the works re chargeable batteries as it didn't come with one but it didn't fit any of my batteries so I returned the item it did look good if it came with battery

Limited run time

Two speed suction does a reasonable job but has limited run time. Batteries are not compatible with other ‘WORX’ products

Misleading

The add states that this product is suitable to use with the WORX Power share 20V battery. Great i thought, i have other WORX products and several 20V Power share WORX batteries. Got the vac and guess what. The battery is not compatible. Now i either have to return the product or spend extra cash on another battery and charger.. Painfull.

Be careful if buying this item

This is an American version and the UK Powershare batteries do not fit. I ordered the bare unit but have to return. Worx told me that the "L" signifies an American version which is not compatible in the UK. The item itself however looks great.

I have the car wash with extra batteries so I ordered the one with out a battery pack. As they advertised it as you could interchange the batteries. But you can’t they now don’t interchange. So I sent it back
