It won't hang straight, and the construction is flimsier than I hoped for

I took it down 3 times and put it back up 3 times (of course turning the power on and off each time. I cannot get the light fixture to hang straight. It tilts to one side. The whispy pieces that connect from the head/connection point to each candle stem is very thin, not permanently connected & it just sits in a hole so if anyone bumps the light or if it twists/turns they fly off. The picture looks a lot more sturdy than the actual product. You have to actually assemble the light, it doesn't come out of the box like that (it comes out flattened and in pieces). I knew a little assembly was required, and I am a handy person, but it'd have been nice if the metal pieces were all welded together and overall much more structurally sound. Aside from my gripes, the glass shades are lovely (a little darker than in the image), but they are colored in a way that really looks like a melted candle. The glow is also very nice and comfortable, not a white light for sure. It's more of a nice amber colored light/ambiance.

I actually feel like the quality is as good as any of the ...

I actually feel like the quality is as good as any of the other lights that I've purchased for the house. In fact, it is certainly better than the one light I bought from Lowe's. It works well with CFL bulbs, since the shades hide the bulbs. The only thing I don't care for is that the "candle" shades have a brown tint, which looks good on the light, but makes the light coming out yellowish. This may not be a problem, depending on the room.

Good fixture that creates soft light

I like the effect of this light. Had is installed by an expert so can't comment on that element. Only problem I have with the fixture is that the "candle" glass doesn't seat in a level way. I find myself adjusting these trying to get a level effect, but overall I like the fixture.

It's so pretty, just what we looked for with our Hobbit ...

It's so pretty, just what we looked for with our Hobbit themed kitchen. The little thin pieces coming down to each light are held on in a weird way but once you get it all together and it's hung that won't matter anyway. It's not like you're touching it all the time. I really enjoyed it for the price!!

It's OK.

I bought this for a new wine cellar. I really like the shades, they are better than some designer ones I have seen. However, the fixture appears to be cheap, glossy metal close up and you can see how it is put together. I think for the money, you can do better at the local hardware store.
