Great flush porch ceiling light.

Plain and simple, perfect. I have a large, ornate ceiling Medallion and this fit into it perfectlym matched color and added the simplicity the center of the medallion needed. Fast, easy install. Very happy with the purchase.

Very nice. Almost too bright, but dimmable if necessary..

This is the white model of a variety of finishes carried by Amazon, like the Westinghouse 6323200 light. Since it was going into the top of a shower stall, I thought white the most appropriate. In hindsight, I think I was right ???? When I first received the light, I was a little puzzled because the mounting bracket that was supposed to be separate seemed solidly attached to the light. Another user (Isabella) helpfully pointed out that it just snapped loose. Finally got to install the light today and it was pretty easy. The main obstacles being my own tendency to get dizzy when working overhead, necessitating several breaks, as well as the existing wiring which was stripped too far back and twisted. Neither was the fault of Westinghouse. The only slight fault in the light was that the exposed ground wire conductor was too short to connect solidly to the existing ground wire. Fortunately, I had a 30-year-old Radio Shack wire stripper that let me easily expose another half inch, after which the connection was secure. As I mentioned, the old wiring was stripped too far back and twisted and I needed to straighten and clip off the excess so that there would be no bare wire exposed after making the connections. This done, and the bracket screwed to the box (easy in our octagonal box) the light snapped right in. After flipping the breaker and light switch back on, I was pleasantly surprised. The shower is a lot brighter than it appears in my picture. BTW, if you are going to do any of your own electrical work, I highly recommend a non-contact voltage detector like the Fluke 1AC-A1-II VoltAlert Non-Contact Voltage Tester. Basically, if beeps and flashes if you put it near a live wire, and is cheap insurance. I knew objectively I had flipped the right breaker and turned off the light but was much more comfortable after double-checking with the Fluke.

Porch Ceiling Light Utilization

Replace ceiling fan fixtures in porch ceiling. Had existing metal power boxes so wire up and mount to box was relatively easy. Note: One light contained only one (1) mounting screw's. Because these are flush mount it is critical that your electrical box and mount surface are close to level - if not may experience problems snapping light into bracket. Light is very bright, not a warm light at all. Time will tell how well these hold up - once these LED lights start to fail your only choice is replace whole fixture.

Bright lights that fit in normal light fixture boxes and are easy to install.

Very bright white lights. Easy to install as replacements to incandescent light fixtures. Fits inside normal light mounting box and was easy to do. About 3-5 minutes cycle time to replace a light including moving the ladder. Replaced all the lights in the house. Added dimmers to these in key areas (kitchen, bedroom, office, etc) and they work well giving bright light when needed and softer light when it’s not. Honestly the first reaction was “they are too bright” but we got used to them very quickly especially with the dimmers. Placed one on my small deck that I BBQ on and I now have the most light I’ve ever had there! Going to replace my other deck and carport lights with these as well. Update after almost 2 years: Lights are still great, especially with dimmers on them. The only negative for these outdoors (porches, carport, etc) is that we had the house pressure washed in preparation for exterior painting and some water got into the lights. Still functioned but now we've got some stains in the bulb where the water settled and eventually evaporated from. Not a problem with providing light, just not the best appearance. For painting both inside and out, with a quick pull the lights drop away from the ceiling so it's easy to paint around them.

Three wiring, the perfect solution

Shower installation

Excellent light and light level. The seal provided to protect the electrical box from moisture is very thin. Caulking was added around the fixture for added protection from moisture.
