Not the greatest

We bought this grill for a corporate café in a building with 250+ people each day which are not required to use the café. The unit was bought the 1st of Feb. and by the 1st of November the upper element had burned out. We contacted the seller but they have gone out of business. We then contacted Waring themselves by email and received no response. We then found the closest authorized repair place 20 miles away and will need to send the unit at our own cost to have it looked at even though it is under warranty. So it is not the best situation.
