Youth XL

Purchased for my 12 year old son. He teeters between being average and just over husky size (thicker build but not obese). He also just over average height for his age. The shirt is great quality but just slightly too small length wise - hits just at his belt loops so it goes up higher if he raises his arms. Its not so small it can not be worn, he just won't get very many months out of it. I would say if you son is average weight and average height for 12 then a Youth XL would be perfect size. If you kid is even thinner you could probably go even smaller.

Looks great

I love the shirts look, my son says material is itchy even with tags cut out. I guess if you have a child with sensory issues or sensitive skin it may not be a great shirt for them but overall not a bad purchase.

Great fit! Good quality!

The grey under armour shirt arrived as described, fit my son perfectly and was much cheaper than a big box store. The under armour shirts we purchased wash well and do not shrink or fade. Also, it’s a very popular brand right now.

Well Made, But Runs Small

This shirt is very well made and attractive. However, I ordered a “large” and it was at least two sizes smaller. I will gift it to the smaller child in my life instead of returning it. It should be noted that there is a five year age difference between the two boys. That’s how small the shirt runs.

Sized a little small but love the shirt!

My son likes the shirt, but to me its sized too small. If ordering again I'd definitely go up a size.

Good fit and quality

Fit is good. Looks nice. I purchased several for my grandson. E is using them even in the winter with a sweatshirt over it.

Worth the purchase

I got the XS for my son who wears a 5T and it fits well.
