It works as intended. ????

I own a small ????tree????business of Me, Myself and I. On the side I do about 30 cords a year. I paired this 24" bar with my Husqvarna 562 XP and a skip tooth 3/8 full chisel chain. It's now almost perfectly balanced and feels as if it had the 20" bar and full house chain on it. Has less bar friction drag too since the steel is harder. Wish I would have bought it years ago instead of the regular cheap bars that the edge and tip area peel over on quickly.

Works like a quality bar should.

I bought this bar with the intent of modifying it. The D009 (Husky large mount) with a small amount of modifying will fit on the Homelite saws with the 3/8" studs. You have to use a flat file and take a few thou out of the bar where it goes over the studs in order for it to work on the Homelite and I ground just a bit out of the fish tail in order to allow it to go further back in by the sprocket (these bars are very hard so have a good file). I couldn't find a D009 mount in 20" with the .325 tip so I bought the Tsumura 48PV82 tip and converted this bar to .325. You do not have to modify anything else as the tensioner pin and oil holes line up fine with the Homelite SXL-AO saw (XL class). I plan to pick up the Tsumura 18" light bar in a Husky small mount for my Homelite Super EZ and convert them to .325 as well. I have used Oregon, Sugihara, McCulloch, Stihl, Forester and a few other brand of bars and the Tsumura bar is right there at the top of the list as far as quality vs price goes.

Little disappointed.

Great product but had to spend time filing the groove in a few places due to stuck chain. Yes I had the right chain, it was just pinched in at least three or four places. Definitely was embarrassed by spending that much money on something that was damaged. Granted I love it now but was not happy.

Lighter bar, works well.

It save a little bit of weight off of the front of the saw which is always good. Seems to be good quality and it worked really well on my first woodcutting outing with it.
