Fits well for short legs

I’m only 5 foot and these socks fit very nicely. They do not leave indentations since there is no design. I am very happy with them. I finally fond something that fits! I will order the other colors

Sizing a miss

While the material of these stockings is wonderfull, the fit left a lot to be desired. I ordered the large, which is the largest size available and they had to come off in less than two hours as they were painful from the ankle to the toes. This are listed a moderate or medium compression and that they were from the calf to the knee, but as stated before they were just too tight from the ankle down to be worn more than two hours.

Decent

As other's have stated, I believe they just stuck a sticker on the box stating this was for a "shorter leg" when in fact it still requires folding down an inch and a half of the leg. The top elastic is also too tight and the foot to long for my small feet. Not what I was hoping for but useable. I will not repurchase.

Third Try Lucky

This was my third try to purchase anti-embolism stockings. The first were off the shelf at a CVS pharmacy; they were too tight and too long. The second were from Amazon; they were even longer, but a lot less tight. The third try, these Truform Anti Embolism Short Length Knee High Compression Stockings, were much easier to fit to my legs. Truform has a number of choices for length and for the grade level of Compression. "Anti-Embolism" is the name of one of several grades of compression. Truform has some charts that are helpful in figuring out what you need. All of this said, I am slightly too short even for these "short" stockings; what helps is that the tops of the stockings do not have the same level of compression as the rest of the stocking leg. I can therefore fold the softly knitted top over the compression and fit the stocking to just below my knee. Unfortunately, Amazon does not sell the right amount of patience to use these every day. On the other hand, for me the few days at any one time that I use these has been enough to stave off the need for constant use. Your mileage on this observation may vary, though.

Great surgical stocking

Size doesn't run true to the chart

The good: I am 5' tall and these are the perfect length. Other brands are too long. The toe area is great - toes aren't crushed at all. The bad: My ankle measures 8 inches, which is within the standard for size small, but the ankle was WAY too tight on the size small and bit in painfully on the front of my ankle. I bumped up to a medium, which was better, but still a little painful. It will work for traveling, but not for everyday wear.

It is hard to find compression knee highs for we people with short legs. These fit perfectly. Will order again.

Great for after surgery.

These compression socks work well. I put them on after my surgery to help protect against blood clots. They are lightweight and can be worn with socks over and shoes.
