Good price, great value

The lining for the padding came off so I had to glue it back on with fabric glue. But the helmet is great, definitely a must with these kids learning how to skate

Perfect for my 2 year old

Just what I was looking for! I have an active/wild 2 (almost 2.5) year old boy and was looking for a safe and comfortable first helmet to use while riding his bike and scooter. It fits perfectly right now and has lots of space to grow into. Covers all crucial parts of his head should he ever have an accident. and the color and look are also great!

Toddlers...

I like the helmet but toddler doesn't want to wear it, it's also too big for this 12mos sized 16mos old. It's OK, he'll get used to it by the time he's ready for scooter or balance bike. He's on the micro 3in1 scooter with seat for now ???? I used to have 888 gear when I was young and never complained. Only took a star off because it turns out that helmet is on the heave side as far as toddler helmets go.

Great Protection

We got this for my 7 year old as a replacement for another helmet that fit very poorly. We are very pleased with how well this one fits her and the adjustability of the helmet. My daughter says it’s very comfortable which is obviously important. I like how low it comes down on the back of her head and doesn’t slide off to the side as her previous one did. There are two sets of interior padding that come with the helmet, one is thicker than the other, again this helps adjust the helmet to the child’s head better. We will be purchasing another for our younger daughter as well.

Great product, but didn't fit my child's head

Great price point, comes with a second set of sweat saver pads, a little thicker for smaller heads I'm assuming. A really light, safety certified helmet. Measured my 4.5 yr old head (49cm) as per Triple 8's instructions on their official website, but when we tried it on, he complained that it hurt on the sides of his head. I am assuming it's the plastic from the adjustable dial. So unfortunately we have to return this as it doesn't fit the shape of his head.

Great coverage, fits very well.

I was skeptical because of the weight. But my 3 year old hasn’t complained about it, and even seems to prefer it over his super lightweight Giro helmet which I paid double for. The coverage is excellent and the helmet fits very well. It does not tip backwards like all other helmets my son has tried. I would recommend this to all parents with very active and accident-prone children.

Works great for growing kids

Very good quality. The adjustment works great for kids growing, you wont have to buy them as many helmets or get one that they will grow into. Might even be dangerous having a helmet that is too big on a child. Who knows. Get it. Its a very good product.
