It's Shampoo.

This is your basic hair shampoo. I don't see that it is in any way "moisturizing." In fact, I don't even know what that means when it comes to hair. My hair doesn't seem softer or "moisturized" after I use this. My hair is clean. That is what this shampoo does - it cleans my hair, removes unwanted oils, and that's about it. If you're looking for a shampoo that will leave your hair clean, this stuff will do very nicely. As for moisturizing and softening, I just don't see it.
