Necessary for Bidet Installation

I bought this plastic part to replace the metal version that came with a Toto bidet seat I was installing. There was NO WAY to avoid cross-threading with the metal one, so without this, I wouldn't have been able to successfully connect the bidet. I did not appreciate having to buy this product after already spending money on the bidet. Annoying to have to pause my install to order this, and it seems like a lot for a plastic part. But since the only other alternative would have been to return the bidet... unfortunately, it costs what it costs! I'm glad this was available, and it shipped fast.

Worked great to replace old t connection for Toto washlet bidet

Fixed my leak

Had the old version of the valve as I bought and installed the Toto washlet in 2019. On Saturday I "deep cleaned" it, basically take it off, turn it upside down and go to town sanitizing and cleaning. When I was done, I had twisted the water line too much it seems and there was a small leak dripping out of the top connection to the tank. Received this part, replaced the old toto t-valve within a few minutes, it all hooked together fine and there are no leaks. Having only one toilet, it's pretty important that it works so I'm very happy with this replacement to say the least.

Worked better than the original part.

This is a replacement for the original T used on the Toto Washlet and it works much better. Gets rid of the requirement for a flat washer and doesn’t leak.

Revised Toto Washlet T-connector vastly superior to old version

The original T-connector was a combination of metal and plastic. This worked fine for an initial installation of our C200 Washlet. Unfortunately, the connector is "one time use only." After disconnecting to replace the toilet float valve, the valve leaked profusely upon tightening. I believe this was due to the metal-on-plastic design and inevitable cross-threading. The new all-plastic T-connector is far superior. No cross-threading issues and the inside is redesigned for better seating/compression. No leaks now! Yes, this official Toto connector is very expensive for what it is ($0.05 piece of plastic). But I had few, if any, alternative options. And it does work as intended.

Definitely a major improvement over the previous one

This one is a major improvement over the old design. The old design is a guaranteed to be a cross thread leak disaster due to the material differences between it and most toilet’s filler valve inlet. This one is made to match most of these inlets, it screws on and once hand tight, it’s good to go. Only drawback with this design is that the T opening for the inlet tube of the washlet cannot be oriented like the original can so you’ll have to flex the inlet tube with this one. But overall, this newer design is much superior than the old one.

Very much improved vs original

This fitting is very much improved from the original fitting that came with the bidet. It is well worth changing out the fitting if you rebuild, replace, or repair your toilet.

Super easy to install without tools

It was literally 5 minutes for me to unplug and plug in this connector to install the washlet. The best product ever. I had an older model washlet and it fits. Thank you.

not leak at all

The price was a little high, but the construction is solid and there are no leaks at all, so I am very satisfied with the replacement

Cracked during winter

After cabin was winterized/water drained. Turned water on at street and the only leak i got was at the toilet. Knurled upper nut attachment to tank i suppose has enough water trapped around it froze and when water was turned back on after months it cracked apart at the knurl..that’s because it’s plastic only. Better it broke there than frozen pipes behind wall surely..????
