Stiffer than the original Boondocks

I've worn the original Boondock boots for years, these are not the same boots, they are much more rigid and don't have the same level of comfort as the standard model but they seem to have better durability, time will tell. I've put over 500 hours on these and they haven't given me any issues yet and have held up as they should. I'll try to come back and update this review after a year.

Run big

I normally get regular boondock, but chose these for the vibram sole. They feel like solid boots but they do run quite a bit bigger than standard boondock. We'll see how they hold up

Most uncomfortable boots I've ever owned!

Super uncomfortable on my feet, especially hurt my toes. Been forcing myself to wear them, trying to break them in but it's been over a week and no change. I've even tried changing the insoles and wearing thicker socks but it didn't help. I spend a lot of time on my feet during the day and these just don't work for me. I had another pair of Timberland Pros a few years ago and they were very uncomfortable too. I ended up giving that pair away. I figured I'd give Timberland another chance but never again. Guess I'll be giving these away too.

Sole came apart in less than 2 weeks

Do not give mistake selecting the size. Especialy if you try to convert EU size to US or UK

The quality of the boots and the materials from which they are made are very good. But alas, I could not wear them. I would like to mention that I have 41 shoe sizes. The top of the boot is very wide. I have size 41, and it feels like a size 42.5 boot. The boots are quite heavy, and if the foot is not fixed in the boot, then it dangles on the foot and begins to rub the foot. On the positive side, I can say that the boots are really very warm and waterproof. The quality is excellent. I only give 3 stars, because the size did not fit me, and the inside of the boot feels very hard. I shouldn't have taken size 41, but size 40. So if you have a small foot, consider this.
